| With the deepening of global carbon cycle research,a regional carbon tax balance is also deepening.There are fewer typical species of natural forest,In this study,five Guangxi natural forest or secondarynatural forest 0-80cm latosolic red soil were selected as the research object,and conducting field investigation and sampling.The soil samples were analyzed and compared by physical and chemical analysis,determination of soil carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus content and storage,and analyze the correlation between the three elements;at the same time Some basic characteristics of latosolic red soil are analyzed by using FTIR、ignition loss method.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Guangxi natural forest latosolic red soil organic carbon storage is 108.29t/hm2,distribution shows that the top soil has the highest soil carbon storage,accounting for more than 42%of the total soil carbon storage,carbon content、carbon storage decreases as soil depth increases;chemical analysis shows that,Inert carbon>chronic carbon>activated carbon,soil organic carbon is mainly inert organic carbon,more than 72%,the content of organic carbon is closely related to soil parent rock and vegetation type,in general,the Latosolic red under natural forest interference less,biological climate condition is superior,The organic carbon content is high.(2)Under natural forest latosolic red soil nitrogen distribution characteristics and change tendency is similar to organic carbon,nitrogen mainly in the form of organic nitrogen,nitrogen storage is 10.44t/hm2;the characteristics of soil mother rock and soil climatic conditions mainly determine the characteristics of natural forest latosolic red soil phosphorus library features,phosphorus is mainly in the form of inorganic,phosphorus reserves were 8.23t/hm2,the results of soil C,N,P correlation analysis showed that,C and N of natural forest latosolic red soil showed very significant positive correlation,C and P,N and P is not significant positive correlation between elements.(3)Ignition loss of latosolic red soil characteristics results show that because of larger organic matter content,up layer soil loss significantly greater than the down layer soil.Compare the pollution bigger chemical analysis method,Ignition loss method can also be used to determine the organic content,soil ignition loss between 250-350℃appears small peak,Then the loss flatten out,early loss is mainly humic decomposition,at the same time,loss of material possibly organic matter,crystal water,etc.With the increase of temperature,the main loss of soil material is polysaccharide cellulose,after 450℃ the loss of soil gradually increased,at this time,mainly the decomposition of polycyclic aromatic substances,but still include partial crystallization water,carbonate,sulfur dioxide,ect.(4)The infrared spectra of latosolic red soil is shown as a kaolinite pattern,show that kaolinite is mainly component of latosolic red soil minerals,associated minerals are Illite、Montmorillonite、goethite etc.,The functional group and chemical bond of latosolic red soil contains:free water,Al-O-Si,Si-O-Fe,Si-O-Si,C=O,C=C ect.Significant peaks of 3695,3620,1035,915cm-1 and 790cm-1 can be used to determine the characteristic peaks of latosolic red soil in the subtropical natural forest by using Infrared spectrum. |
