It was used as the test material to the first year "Moldova" grape fruit tree.With Ternary Quadratic Saturation D-Optimal design,to explored the possibility of production of Selenium rich grape on the Guangxi Selenium rich soil in situ,after applying three exogenous soil conditioner,which were Lime powder,AM agent and nutrition regulator respectively,as test factors.also intended to clarify the effects of three kinds of modifiers on various forms of Seleniumin soil and the interaction mechanism beteween the various forms of the soil Selenium and the Selenium of grape fruit and explore the Guangxi vineyard soil Selenium sequential extraction method.The main results were as this follows:1.The optimum solution for soil Selenium extraction in guangxi grape park was obtained:2g of soil,soil water was 1:20,water soluble Selenium extracting agent was 0.25M KCl?22 ??,soluble Selenium and carbonate bound Selenium extracting agent was 0.7M KH2PO4?pH=5.0?,iron manganese bound Selenium extracting agent was 4.5M HC1,the organic combination of Selenium and sulfur Se extracting agent was 5%K2S2O8 8Bml +HNO3 2ml?1:1?,residual Selenium extracting agent was HF:HNO3:HClO4?1:1:1?10ml.2.In field trials,after applying lime powder,AM fungicide,and nutrient regulator?except processing 1?,Grape fruit selenium content increased by 1.1 to 1.8 times.When they are used separately were 2400kg/ha,69 kg/ha,39.98 kg/ha,according to the model,the content of Selenium in grape fruit is 11.56 ug/kg,It reach the standard of selenium rich fruits and vegetables.3.The order of selenium in the tested soil was:organic machine-sulfide bound Selenium>residue Selenium>iron and manganese combined with Selenium>soluble and carbonate bound Selenium>soluble Selenium.4.The field after-effect test showed that the content of Selenium content of grape in different growth stages were that mature period>coloring period>expansion period,while the conventional conditions,the largest Selenium content was expansion period,the similar Selenium content that the maturity period and the color period.So the final conclusion is that to test the limestone powder,AM agent and nutrition regulator exogenous substances can be used as a new Selenium enriched "Moldovan"grape means.
