In order to explore the effect of bio organic fertilizer on Soil and crops,In 2015,in the year of 2016,the pot experiment was carried out at the Inner MongoliaAgricultural University,The experiment was carried out through the comparison of chemical fert:ilizer,organic fertilizer,biological organic fertilizer,chemical fertilizer and organic fertilizer,chemical fertilizer and biological organic fertilizer,Comparison of biological organic fertilizer.The main results are as follows:1.Compared with the control,the organic matter in the soil treated with bio organic fertilizer increased 32.01%?42.66%,The 155d reached 6.12g/kg,Oat cultivation experiment increased 28.51%?74.40%,The grouting period reached 5.41g/kg;2.Reduced soil pH,The pH of biological organic fertilizer was 7.59 when the 105d was cultured in no crop cultivation experiment,Fertilizer treatment pH was 8.32,The pH was 7.78 and 8.09 in the grouting period reached;3.The content of available phosphorus in soil was increased,No crop cultivation experiment increased 166.52%?385.48%,The 155d reached 21.07mg/kg,Oat cultivation experiment increased 291.28%?560.98%,The grouting period reached 13.55mg/kg;4.The content of available potassium in soil,No crop cultivation experiment increased 22.55%?134.21%,The 155d reached 378.81mg/kg,Oat cultivation experiment increased 82.38%?148.33%,The grouting period reached 101.99mg/kg;5.Promote the reproduction of soil bacteria,The number of bacteria in no crop cultivation increased by 30.04%?53.94%,The 105d reached 16.21 ·105cfu/g,Oat cultivation experiment increased 118.75%?312.50%,60d 2.31 · 106cfu/g,It also promoted the propagation of Actinomycetes,The number of actinomycetes was increased by 207.65%?368.57%in the no crop cultivation experiment,The 105d reached 5.71 · 105cfu/g,Oat cultivation experiment increased 316.15%?437.42%,75D 7.19 105cfu/g,The activity of invertase was improved,No crop cultivation experiment increased 329.20%?489.19%,Up to 8.79 mg/g· d,Oat cultivation experiment increased 36.36%?294.74%,Up to 0.75 mg/g · d.6.For the stem diameter and total yield of oat,it was the best performance of mixed application of bio organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer,Stem diameter increased by 130.13%?133.95%,Reached 3.79mm,Dry weight increased by 803.31%,The highest yield reached 17.96g/plant,In summary,Application of bio organic fertilizer could improve soil fertility,Increasing the content of available nutrients in soil,Reduce pH,Improve soil enzyme activity and the number of bacteria and actinomycetes,Reduced the number of fungi,The application of bio organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer is an effective way to lose weight and increase efficiency.
