Baler is currently most widely used forage harvester in China,and spring-finger cylinder pickup collector is an important component of the baler,deep study in spring-finger cylinder pickup collector has important significance for improving our work performance of baler.The stress condition of the key parts of the pickup device not only affects the selection of the parameters such as material,size and strength,but also affects the performance of pickup collector.The load on the spring-finger will affect its strength and stiffness calculation,and it is also an important basis for the dynamic calculation of the mechanical system of the pickup device.In this paper,based on the experimental and simulation analysis method,the dynamics of the spring-finger is studied,the contents are as follows:(1)On the test bench of the pickup device of the baler;the strain test is carried out on the pickup process of the spring-finger and the stress on the end of the spring-finger during the picking process is obtained.(2)The stress analysis was carried out at the moment of picking up grass.The dynamic simulation model of the spring-finger of the pickup device is set up in ADAMS and the force of the end of spring-finger is obtained,and the correctness of the simulation is verified by comparing with the experimental results.(3)By using the finite element software ANSYS,the static analysis and modal analysis are carried out,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of the spring-finger.
