The problems of chemical fertilizer, multi cropping serious vegetable cultivation, reduced the variety and quantity of beneficial rhizosphere microorganisms.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)can improve soil quality and quality. However, the scientific and effective methods of AMF that application in greenhouse vegetable cultivation have not reported. In the experiment, root zone environment and growth, quality of tomato and cucumber persistance effect was studied by the sterilization and non sterilized pot test in greenhouse cultivation wich cultivation medium is the greenhouse soil and seting up different inoculation times in three vegetable cultivation. The results showed that AMF could improve the root zone physicochemical, microbial environment and soil fertility, promote the growth of cucumber and tomato, improve the quality, and had significant effect on the third crop after AMF,The specific performance is:1.Seedlings inoculated with AMF can improve rhizosphere soil environment of tomato and cucumber and the result showed the long-last effect: the temporal and spatial distribution of AMF infection rate decreased in the early stage of colonization, and then increased rapidly, there was high inoculation level in the third crop cultivation experiment;the AMF increased the total phosphorus and available nutrient content of the cultivated soil of cucumber and tomato, and the effect of the second crop and the third crop was more effective, the effect of sterilization pot experiment was more remarkable;AMF enhanced soil hydrolytic enzyme and oxidase activity, and could improve the distribution of soil microbes and the diversity of microbial functions, and adjust the carbon source utilization type,so that the soil microbial enrichment and the enrichment of soil microbes were significant evenness, and have a persistence effect on the impact of the second crop and the third crop.2.Seedlings inoculated with AMF can promote the growth of cucumber, tomato, improve quality, and have a certain persistence effectiveness. The AMF could increase the chlorophyll content, root activity and increase the dry matter accumulation at the seedling stage; The AMF could increase the chlorophyll content and the root system of the cucumber and tomato in the later stage of tomato growth; The AMF can increase the contents of root C,N,K,Ca,P and Mg,and the effect of AMF on the second crop was higher than that of the first crop;AMF could increase the contents of VC,soluble sugar, lycopene and free amino acid in cucumber and tomato, and the persistence effect of AMF was significant.
