| Chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morlifoliumTzvel,Is one of the traditional famous flowers in China,that has 3000 years of cultivation history,was characterized by its strong branchiness,small inflorescences,large quantity of flowers,large-scale flowering span and abundant colour.Generally open before and after the national day.Due to the Guoqing chrysanthemum with small inflorescences flowering of photoperiod and temperature and the story of chrysanthemum different,its flowering time regulation methods lack of research,at the same time,the female parent spring easily flower bud differentiation formed crown bud or buds come out,affecting the reproduction,also need to study the corresponding methods to solve.Therefore,this study in different flowering of Guoqing chrysanthemum with small inflorescences varieties 'Jinling Hongmei,and'Jinling Huangguan'and 'Jinling Hongxing'as materials of different ethephon treatment spraying treatment and different supplemental light treatments of Guoqing chrysanthemum with small inflorescences bud differentiation and flowering.1.supplemental light can completely inhibit the generation of Guoqing chrysanthemum with small inflorescences spring crown bud and plant growth is faster,is conducive to faster and better obtained quality cuttings,can effectively solve the national small chrysanthemum seedling crown bud education.Spraying a certain concentration of ethephon solution,'Jinling Hongmei,crown bud number was significantly reduced.In early stage of spraying the first out of the branches wil produce crown bud,after taking the branches can be a normal vegetative growth.2.The flower bud differentiation of the Guoqing chrysanthemum with small inflorescences is similar to that of other chrysanthemum,including nine stages.The spray of ethephon could postpone the Guoqing chrysanthemum with small inflorescences bud differentiation and flowering time.Different varieties of the same number of spraying,flowering time is different.'Jinling Hongmei' spraying ethephon once,flower bud differentiation completed time than that of the control group delayed by 3 days,full-bloom stage delayed 2days,the plant growth conditions and similar to that of the control group.'Jinling Huangguan'spraying ethephon 1 times,flower bud differentiation and flowering and growth status were similar to the control group.'Jinling Hongmei' spraying ethephon solution 3 times,the flower bud differentiation of complete group and the control group were compared to postpone the 6days,flowering stage delayed 5 days,plant growth condition is good,'Jinling Huangguan'spraying ethephon solution 3 times,flower bud differentiation of completion time than control group delayed by 3 days,flowering delayed by 3 days,quality appearance good.'Jinling Hongmei'spraying ethephon solution 5 times,flower bud differentiation of completion time than that of the control group was delayed 9 days,full-bloom stage delayed 10 days,plant height higher.'Jinling Huangguan'of spraying ethephon solution 5 times,flower bud differentiation of completion time than control group delay 6 days,full bloom stage delayed 5 days,the higher part of the collateral growth,affecting the appearance quality.3.The fill light can inhibit the'Jinling Hongmei'and'Jinling Hongxing'on the flower bud differentiation.Stop light after 3 days,all the plants begin to flower bud differentiation,with the stop light date delayed,flower bud differentiation needs a shorter time,stop light to bud stage,flowering stage,full flowering stage,late flowering time is shortened.The natural conditions of Jinling Hongmei' blooming period in October 6th,September 8th group florescence postponed to October 24th.The natural conditions of the'Jinling Hongxing' in October 10th,the period of treatment was delayed until November 5th.When the fill time is too late to stop,plants continued to vegetative growth,the resulting strains of high,affecting the appearance quality of the plants. |
