A shortage of nitrogen in soils of China,nitrogen measures needed to improve crop yields.Soil nitrogen content has the impact on the crop yield and quality.But due to the nitrification in the soil,a part of nitrogen fertiliaer will loss and pollute the environment of plant.This research investigate the application of nitrification inhibitor,Nitrapyrin(NP)in the field with 18 different fresh corm gene types and its effect on their agronomic characters,production,nitrogen use efficiency related index and harvest index.According to the above result,we used poly class analysis method to analyze the different gene type fresh food com in response to NP.Field experiments were carried out to test the effects of nitrification inhibitors application on the different planting density of 'Jingtian No.181 yield of super sweet com.This work will reveal the effect of NP on the appropriately increased cultivation density of maize to get the optimal yield.Fresh com was further determined by real time PCR to get the expression pattern of NR(nr)and GS(glutamine synthetase)of'Jingnuo No.8 ' seedlings under the treatment of nitrification inhibitor application.In order to get the information of relationship between the nitrogen metabolism in plants with the application of NP.Out results will give the information of the fertilizer managemet for the corm production with high yield with improved absorb of total nitrogen.Our study will provides specific guidance to improve the corn production with high quality.The main results of this study are as follows:1.Application of the nitrification inhibitors caused greate difference on fresh ear yield fresh grain yield,biomass,harvest index and nitrogen utilization of different genotypes of fresh maizes.Cluster analysis based on these indicators showed that 18 tested genotypes can be divided into 4 categories.The first class for:N1(SuyUnuo No.5),S4(Jingbaitiannuo No.1301),S5(TN1504),N5(CN1508)and N6(Jingkenuo No.2000)gene types;the second:T1('Jingtian No.3,),T2('Jingtian No.18'),T4(Huazhen),T5(Jin Zhongyu),51('Jingcaihuanuo No.5'),52('Caitiannuo No.6'),N2('Jingnuo No.8')and N3('Sukenuo No.3'),totally 8 gene types;the third:T3(BT1501),T6(HT3605),S6(TN9866)and N4(ZN7099);only the fourth has only S3(Heinuo No.l)genotype.The secongd type with higher fresh ear production,fresh grain production,N partial productivity,and harvest.It is one of the most ideal types of NP in the test material.2.The cultivation of super sweet com 'Jingtian No.18'in field experiment with planting density from 4.8xl04 plant/ha to 7.2 × 104 plant/ha was carried out to text the effect of NP on the production.The density had great effect on the height of com plants,com ear length,ear diameter,number of rows per ear and fruit characters,but not on the spike high,barren ear tip and yield.In CK control,the optimal planting density for 'Jingtian No.181 is 5.4 × 104 plant/ha.MWhile application of NP,the optimal planting density for 'Jingtian No.18' is 6.6 × 104 plant/ha,and does,not affect 'Jingtian No.18s fresh spike of commodity quality.The optimized results indicate that use NP can rescure the land and fertilizer resources,improve fresh food com 'Jingtan No.18' of fresh spike.3.By quantitative PCR,the results showed that NR gene expression under the influence of NP application is sensitive.Effects of nitrification inhibitors NP on 'Jingnuo No.8' leaves and roots of NR gene expression were significant.GS gene expression affected by the NP was very less,the difference is not significant compared with CK.
