Effects of water,fertilizer,air and heat coupling on growth,photosynthesis,yield and quality of cucumber in non-cultivated land greenhouse are studied with methods of orthogonal test design and quadratic regression general rotational combination by selecting cucumber as experiment material and setting four factors such as irrigation quato,fertilizer rate,air volume and geothermal pipe water temperature,based on the problem of promoving crop growing environment by adjusting the water,fertilizer,air and heat conditions,providing theoretical basis for the high yield and good quality of cucumber with greenhouse cultivation.The major results are as follows,1.effects of different water,fertilizer,air and heat processings on cucumber growth,photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality are studied based on orthogonal test,range analysis of cucumber yield shows that RD>RC>RB>RA,the primary and secondary order of factors is that geothermal pipe water temperature>air volume>fertilizer rate>irrigation quota,the reference processing is A2B1C2D3,the yield of cucumber is 46533.2kg/hm~2,and the optimum level combination is also A2B1C2D3,namely irrigation quota of 165m~3/hm~2,fertilizer rate of 120kg/hm~2,air volume of 8mg/L and geothermal pipe water temperature of 35 ℃.The analysis of fruit quality of each treatment shows that,middle amount of water and fertilizer could advance VC content and soluble sugar content.The optimum water,fertilizer,air and heat combinations of plant height,stem diameter,leaf area and photosynthesis are also obtained.2.effects of water,fertilizer,air and heat coupling on cucumber growth and yield are studied based on quadratic regression general rotational combination,mathematical models of plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,leaf chlorophyll content,yield and these four factors are built.lt shows that the order of effect of each factor on plant height is that,geothermal pipe water temperature>irrigation quota>fertilizer rate>air volume;the order of effect on stem diameter is that,geothermal pipe water temperature>air volume>irrigation quota>fertilizer rate;the order of effect of each factor on leaf area is that,geothermal pipe water temperature>fertilizer rate>irrigation quota>air volume;and the order of effect of each factor on leaf chlorophyll content is that,irrigation quota>geothermal pipe water temperature>air volume>fertilizer rate.The advance of irrigation quota is helpful for the plant growth.In the interaction of irrigation quota and geothermal pipe water temperature,the leaf area could be the largest when geothermal pipe water temperature is at the highest level and irrigation quota is at low and middle one.The combination of high irrigation water and medium fertilizer is helpful for yield advance.Through the simulation optimization,it find that according to the frequence distribution of each factor in 315 groups of schemes for which yield is more than 35.72×10~3 kg/hm~2,the water,fertilizer,air and heat combination scheme in this experiment condition is that irrigation quota at the range of 160 and 170m~3/hm~2,fertilizer rate at the range of 175,43 and 184.57 kg/hm~2,air volume at the range of 7.83 and 8.17 mg/L and geothermal pipe water temperature at the range of 34.9 and 35.9 ℃ with the method of frequency analysis. |
