The most serious diseases threatening swine industry are viral-induced reproductive disorders and diarrheal diseases. The main pathogens are classical swine fever virus(CSFV),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV)and porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV).It is essential to detect and diagnose such pathogens in clinical samples to reduce economic in pig farms.According to genetic resources of local breeding pigs in Zhejiang Province, three breeding: Jinhua Liangtouwu(II and III lines),Lanxi flower pig and Chunan flower pig were selected for epidemiological analysis.About 10% of total amount of live pigs were sampled, which involved pigs, sows and piglets at different ages.Major animal diseases in livestock from 2015 to 2016 was analyzed using epidemiological tools. The samples collected include: sera, nasal swabs and anal swabs.Swine fever, pseudorabies, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus and porcine epidemic diarrhea virus were detected at antibodies and antigens levels. The general positive rate of swine fever antibody(CSFV)is 88.98%(95% CI = 95%,80.5%)for all breeding pigs, representing Lanxi flower pig 93.33%(95% CI = 95%,68.1%),Jinhua Liangtouwu(II)100%(95% CI = 95%,83.2%),Jinhua Liangtouwu(III)were 90.48% [95% CI = 95%,69.6%,Chunan flower pig 57.14%(95% CI = 95%,28.9%).The general positive rate of PRRSV was 53.3%(95% CI = 95%,42.5%),representing Lanxi flower pig 13.33%(95% CI = 95%,1.7%),Jinhua Liangtouwu(II)60%(95% CI = 95%,36.1%),Jinhua Liangtouwu(III)52.38% [95% CI = 95%,29.8%],Chunan flower pig 50%(95% CI = 95%,23%).The general positive rate of PRV antibody(gE)antibodies(wild strain)was 26.67%(95% CI = 95%,2.2%),representing: Lanxi flower pig 0%(95% CI = 95%,0%),Jinhua two black(III)14.29 [95% CI = 95%,3.0% ].In the swab samples,CSFV antigen positive rate was 0%(95% CI = 95%,0%),PRV antigen positive rate was 0%(95% CI = 95%,0%),PRRSV antigen positive rate was 0%(95% CI = 95%,0%).PEDV antigen detection results showed that the prevalence of PEDV for Lanxi and Jinhua Liangtouwu(II and III)was 13.33%(95% CI = 95%,1.7%)and 25%(95% CI = 95%,8.7%)(Line II)and 9.52% [95% CI = 95%,1.2%](Line III).The results showed that the positives of CSFV antibody in Chunan pigs was lower than other breeding in an excluding of CSFV outbreaks, which suggests that the immunity level of Chunan flower pigs is lower than the other two breedings. The positive rate of PRRSV antibody of Lanxi flower pig was significantly lower than that of other local breeding. This indicates that further vaccination is required to enhance pig immunity.Pseudorabies virus(PRV)antibody(gE antibody)results showed that,in addition to Lanxi flower pig,PRV infection existed in other breeds of pigs. The results of PEDV antigen detection showed that three local pig breeding had PEDV epidemics. This study provides great significance for the prevention of major animal diseases for local breeding farms to employ and update immunization programs.
