| Crop of sugarcane in Guangxi is the main growing area in China,about 87 million hectare,and the ratoon occupies 60%of sugarcane growing.How to prolong the duration of ratoon cane and improve the yield is the main concern in sugarcane production.Arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi have proven to be able to benefit plants by improving nutrient uptake,rhizosphere soil ecosystem,and years of continuous cropping,buffering the plant against both abiotic and biotic stresses,and increasing yield.AM fungi play a very important role in farmland soil ecosystem.AM fungi community was affected by both crop tillage and chemical fertilizer.In this study,the effect of soil and fertilization on the structure of AM fungi was analyzed by using high-throughput sequencing,and the correlation with the growth of ratoon cane was studied,to provide theoretical basis for the use of AM fungi to improve soil ecology and increase the length of sugarcane perennial.The main findings are as follows:1.AM Fungi community was affected by both hilling and chemical fertilizer.Lower AM fungi infection rate in sugarcane roots were found when chemical fertilizer used.And a higher infection rate in roots under no hilling than tillage even in the same fertilizer level.2.The diversity and richness of AM fungi were decrease with the depth of soils.And it shown that the 0-20 cm and 40-60 cm of soils have a higher richness of AM fungi community when hilling undertaken.3.The VENN analysis shown that the diversity of AM fungi with no significant difference between different fertilizer under no hilling,while the hilling has a higher diversity when fertilizer with 0 kg/ha and 750 kg/ha.4.Glomus was the most dominant family in the soil in the study,followed by Paraglomus and Diversispora,and a small amount of Archaeospora,Gigaspora,Acaulospora,Scutellospora and Ambispora.5.The AM fungi community were similar of both 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm in no hilling,while there were obvious different among each topsoil of 0-20 cm,20-40 cm and 40-60 cm.The AM fungi community in no hilling with the 750 kg/ha fertilizer and the hilling with the 187.5 kg/ha fertilizer were relatively stable,it shew little changes between different time. |
