Soil and water conservation planning refers to the overall plan for the overall deployment and implementation of the comprehensive management of soil and water conservation developed to prevent soil erosion.At present,with the development of China's economy and society,the problem of soil erosion is gradually highlighted,which directly endangers our country's natural environment and economic development.Sichuan Province is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River,the terrain is uneven and mountainous,rainfall and intensity,is one of the most serious soil and water loss in China.The soil and water conservation in Sichuan Province is closely related to the ecological environment and social and economic development in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.The paper is located in Yilong County,which is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Jialing River.It is the research area of Yilong County,which is the key area of soil and water loss in the middle and lower reaches of the Jialing River.According to the latest water and soil conservation work program of Sichuan Province,And to put forward the plan of soil and water conservation in order to provide the basis for soil and water conservation in Yilong County.Based on the remote sensing image of Yilong County in 2015,this paper selected five factors: precipitation,soil erodibility,topography,vegetation coverage and management measures.Based on the basic data of Yilong County,using GIS tools and ENVI software to analyze the extraction factor information.According to the present situation of soil erosion in the study area,the ecological construction area,the soil and water loss prevention area and the soil erosion area are divided into three parts according to the present situation of soil erosion in the study area,and the soil erosion intensity and the area of soil erosion are obtained.Management area;through the typical small watershed management example,put forward the study area of soil and water conservation prevention and control measures.Through the above research,the main achievements of the paper are:(1)The phenomenon of soil and water loss in Yilong County is mainly present and the water erosion is mainly 865.85 km2,accounting for 48.35% of the county's land area.The erosion intensity is moderate to moderate,and the mild erosion is 205.67 km2,accounting for 23.75% of the total loss area.The moderate degree is 348.22 km2,accounting for 40.22% of the wasted area.The intensity erosion is 180.75 km2,accounting for 20.87% of the wastage area.Strong erosion is 83.45 km2,accounting for 9.64% of the area lost;the severe erosion is 47.76 km2,accounting for 5.52% of the area lost.(2)Regions with large erosion intensity are mainly distributed in the middle and eastern hilly areas of the county.Among them,the most serious township for the town of Yongle Town,Banqiao Township,Qiuya Township,Daxian Town,erosion intensity in the more than the proportion of erosion area of more than 50%(3)According to the present situation of soil and water erosion in Yilong County,Yilong County is divided into three ecological construction zones according to the social and economic development of the area and the characteristics of the natural environment.The western,southwest and northeast of the county are the soil and water loss prevention and control zones,The central and eastern part of the county is the soil and water conservation area.
