This paper mainly investigated the effects of intrauterine growth restriction on the fetal thymic microenvironment in Mongolia sheep during late pregnancy. In this study,24 healthy Mongolia sheep which were estruses synchronization, were selected as samples(B ultrasonic determined and with singleton). To 90 d during pregnancy,6 ewes which weight close to the average weight of the whole ewes were selected to dissect the fetus and its thymus, and group 90d was set up;the remaining 18 by weight were randomly divided into the group of different nutrition levels,a total of three groups:0.18 MJME·BW-0.75·d-1(RG1:n=6),0.33 MJME·BW-0.75·d-1(RG2:n=6)and 0.67 MJME·BW-0.75·d-1(CG:n=6),the remaining ewes fed to pregnancy 140d,and the remaining 6 were slaughtered in groups.Experimental results show:(1)During late pregnancy, fetal weight(P<0.01),thymus weight(P<0.01)in RG1 were significantly lower than the CG group. The fetal weight(P<0.01)and thymus weight(P<0.05)of the RG2 group were significantly lower than those of the CG group. With the decrease of nutrition level, the collagen fibers and reticular fibers in thymus increased gradually.(2)In the late pregnancy, the concentration of collagen I,fibronectin(P<0.01)were highly significantly lower in RG1 group of fetal thymus than those of CG group, the concentration of laminin, hyaluronic acid(P<0.05)were significantly higher than those of CG group.Only the concentration of fibronectin(P<0,01)was highly significantly lower in RG2 group of fetal thymus than that of CG group. In RG1 group of fetal thymus:thymopoietin, thymosin beta 4 were significantly higher than those of CG group(P<0.05);TNF-alpha(P<0.01)in inflammatory factors was highly significantly lower than that of CG group,IL1?,IL4 were significantly lower than that of CG group(P<0.05);chemokine CCL25(P<0.01)was highly significantly lower than that of CG group,CXCL12,CXCL10,?2 microglobulin were significantly lower than those of CG group(P<0.05);growth factor EGF,EGFR,KGF were significantly lower than those of CG group(P<0.05),FGFR2(P<0.05)was significantly higher than that of CG group; In RG2 group of fetal thymus:TNF-alpha in fetal thoracic inflammatory factor(P<0.01)was highly significantly lower than that of CG group,IL1?,IL4 were significantly lower than that of CG group(P<0.05);chemokine CXCL10,CXCL12(P<0.05)were significantly lower than that of CG group;growth factor EGF,EGFR(P<0.05)were significantly lower than that of CG group,FGFR2(P<0.05)was significantly higher than that of CG group.(3)E-cad,PCDH8 in RG1 and RG2 were significantly lower than that in CG group(P<0.05),RG1 group OB-cadherin(P<0.05)was significantly higher than that of CG group.
