Lycium spp.is widely cultivated in northwest China as one of the tree species for the construction of economic and ecological,It is rich in nutrients and sweet taste,Its fruit and root bark can be used for medicinal purposes.Lycium spp.is a medicinal and edible plant.The harm that caused by Aphis sp.and Paratrioza sinica decreased the yield and quality of Lycium spp..The mosquito repellent and insecticidal activities of plant derived substances have been reported.It has the characteristics of high efficiency and low toxicity,and can reduce the damage caused by chemical pesticides to the quality of Lycium spp..In order to find effective method to prevent Lycium spp.pests,we explore the toxicity of eugenol,a-terpineol,cinnamon oil,citronella oil and determination the activities of Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase on Aphis sp.and Paratrioza sinica..The synergistic effect of synergist A and B.The results indicated that:(1)Four essential oil all have contact toxicity against Aphis sp.and Paratrioza sinica Yang&Li,eugenol was the strongest with LC50 value of 0.37 ml/L land 0.48ml/L.The insecticidal effect from large to small was eugenol,Cinnamon oil,a-terpineol,Citronella oil and the toxicity against Paratrioza sinica Yang&Li better than Aphis sp..The mortality rate was more than 80%when use the eugenol with concentration of 8ml/L four 4hour against Paratrioza sinica Yang&Li.(2)Using synergist is aimed at improving efficacy and reducing dose,and delaying the generation of insect resistance.Synergist A and B have synergistic effect on four kind of essential oil.Synergist can increase the contact toxicity of essential,the synergistic ratio of synergist A and B to eugenol was 1.80 and 1.98,respectively.(3)AChE activity of Aphis sp.were obviously inhibited by essential oil and the concentration was positively correlated with the inhibition rate.Eugenol had the strongest inhibit effect on AChE and the inhibition rate was 49.78%and 58.68%at the concentration of 0.8ml/L and 1ml/L,respectively.(4)Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity of Aphis sp.and Paratrioza sinica Yang&Li were inhibited by essential oil,the inhibition rate increased with the essential oil concentration.The activity effects of eugenol and citronella oil on Na+-K+-ATPase were boost in low concentration but inhibited in high.
