At present,the paper industry is developing rapidly,the amount of pollutants discharged is high,the concentration is high,the composition is complex,and the surrounding environment is polluted.At the end of the Liaohe River Estuary Wetland in the Liaohe estuary,the river flows through the wetland along with more large-scale paper mills,paper-making wastewater perennial inflows to the wetland,which has caused a direct impact inevitably to wetland reed growth quality.However,reed paper is a better material,and has high economic value,reed stalk contains a lot of fiber,fiber and fiber content of the form directly affected the tightness of paper,transparency and structure,finally affected the value of paper.At the same time,reed is a wetland plant and has good water purification function.So this paper constructed the test equipment to simulate the Liaohe estuary wetland,irrigation by papermaking wastewater from papermaking factory in Liaohe estuary wetland in the effect of papermaking wastewater irrigation on reed fiber,using principal component analysis and stepwise regression analysis method,to comprehensively evaluate of irrigation methods of papermaking waste water.COD screened the optimum irrigation amount irrigation period and find the main influencing factors of reed fiber,discussed the effect of papermaking wastewater on reed fiber,in order to improve the theory and improve the reed reed fiber industry to provide the scientific basis for.The main results are as follows:(1)After the papermaking wastewater irrigation generally.The plant height,stem diameter,internode length and internode number increase,and the same irrigation period of the plant height,stem diameter,internode length and internode numberincreased with the increase of wastewater concentration increasing andreached the maximum of 300mg/L wastewater irrigation,water control and water control group group minimum.The waste water irrigation were significantly less than group(P<0.05).The plant height,stem diameter,internode length and internode number are in the rapid growth period of 300mg/L papermaking wastewater irrigation,and the maximum height,stem diameter,internode length was 240.24cm,0.485cm,24.1cm,respectively,and the maximum internode number up to 16 knots.The papermaking wastewater COD concentration and plant height,stem diameter,internode length,internode number had significant positive correlation,the correlation coefficient was above 0.80,the concentration of waste water and the plant height,stem diameter showed a binomial relationship,showing logarithmic relationship with internode length,internode number.(2)After the papermaking wastewater irrigation generally,the activity of peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity of reed and soluble sugar content increased,the same period of reed irrigation activities of peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity and soluble sugar contentincreased with wastewater concentration increasing.Reed peroxidase activity,soluble phenylalanine sugar content and enzyme activity of ammonia in 300mg/L wastewater irrigation reached the maximum value,but it was the minimum in the control group,The control group were significantly lower than those in wastewater irrigation group(P<0.05).The activity of peroxidase,phenylalanine ammonia lyase reed activity and soluble sugar content were the best in the fast growth stage of papermaking wastewater irrigation 300mg/L.The peroxidase activity reached the maximum value of 155.2 U/(g FW min),phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity reached a maximum value of 0.566,the contents of soluble sugar reached the maximum value of 0.326.The concentration of wastewater on reed activity of peroxidase,phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity and soluble sugar content of P values of the variance results were less than 0.05.Indicating after irrigation in the different concentration of wastewater,The activity of peroxidase,phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity and soluble sugar content were significantly different,.wastewater irrigation can improve the activity of peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia lyase.Activity and soluble sugar content changed significantly,and the rapid growth period of reed irrigation waste water is helpful to improve the activity of peroxidease and phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity,soluble sugar content increased.The papermaking wastewater COD concentration and reed activity of peroxidase and phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity,soluble sugar content had significant positive correlation.And the correlation coefficient was above 0.90,the concentration of waste water and soluble sugar content showed a logarithmic relationship between the reed,and the activity of peroxidase and phenylalanine showed a linear correlation ammonia enzyme activity.(3)After the papermaking wastewater irrigation in general make reeds cellulose,lignin and ash content increased,the same irrigation period of reed cellulose and lignin and ash content increased with the increase of wastewater concentration and reached the maximum in 300mg/L wastewater irrigation.water control group and the minimum water in the control group were significantly less than the wastewater irrigation group(P<0.05);Reed cellulose and lignin in the fast growth stage of papermaking wastewater irrigation(300mg/L),the maximum value of cellulose content and lignin were 45.41/%and 25.54%,respectively In 300mg/L irrigation in mature stage of papermaking wastewater,ash content reached a maximum value of 3.55%.There was a significant or very significant positive correlation between the chemical oxygen demand(COD)and reed cellulose,lignin,ash and other fiber characteristics,and the correlation coefficients were above 0.85.In the wastewater COD and reed cellulose showed a binomial relationship with lignin concentration,and ash,fiber length and fiber length width ratio showed a logarithmic relationship,showing a linear correlation with fiber width.It showed that the content of reed fiber was increased after irrigation.(4)On the whole the papermaking wastewater,after irrigation of reed fiber length and width,ratio of fiber length to width becomes larger.In the same irrigation period of reed fiber length and width,ratio of fiber length to width were increased with the increase of wastewater concentration,300mg/L in wastewater irrigation under fiber length,width,length width ratio reached the maximum water control.The smallest group and control group were significantly less than the water and wastewater irrigation group(P<0.05).Reed fiber length and width and ratio of fiber length to width are in the rapid growth period of papermaking wastewater irrigation 300mg/L optimal fiber length,the maximum value is 1.49 mm,the fiber width is 10.35um,and the ratio of fiber length to width is 143.96.The concentration of wastewater on reed fiber length,width,length width ratio of the variance of the influence of P value of less than 0.05,indicating that the different concentration of wastewater after irrigation,reed fiber length,width and length width ratio difference,wastewater irrigation will cause the reed fiber length,width and ratio of fiber length to width change significantly,the rapid growth period of irrigation water helps reed fiber elongation and broaden.The papermaking wastewater COD concentration and reed fiber length,width,length and width ratio were significant or extremely significant positive correlation,and the correlation coefficients were above 0.90.And the concentration of wastewater with fiber length,ratio of fiber length to width showed a logarithmic relationship shows a linear relationship between the element and fiber width.(5)Fiber properties such as reed reed,reed cellulose,lignin,ash,fiber length,fiber width,ratio of fiber length to width,and the influence factors of reed fiber index were significant or highly significant positive correlation,while the lignin,ash,fiber length,fiber width and reed stem diameter,internode length,internode the number,no significant correlation between phenylalanine ammonia lyase activity and soluble sugar content,while no significant correlation between reed lignin,fiber width and reed peroxidase activity.Reed fiber properties of cellulose,fiber aspect ratio and fiber characteristic factors of reed stem diameter,internode length,internode number,phenylalanine ammonia lyase,soluble sugar content showed significant positive correlation.There was a significant positive correlation between the index of fiber properties,the fiber length and the characteristics of reed fiber.In order to further clarify the influence factors of reed cellulose,lignin,ash,fiber length and width,stepwise regression analysis was carried out to find out the main factors affecting the cellulose,lignin and ash content of reed(P<0.05)..(6)Through principal component analysis,the reed fiber characteristics and reed fiber characteristics influence factors of the concentration of the best irrigation period and the wastewater irrigation is irrigation during the rapid growth period of chemical oxygen demand for papermaking wastewater 300mg/L(C1C),and the control group of 16 kinds of irrigation methods got the lowest score The results showed that the composition,morphology and the influence factors of the reed fiber which had not been irrigated by papermaking wastewater did not achieve the desired effect.
