Forest fires seriously damage the ecosystems and human life and property safety,so the study of forest fire spread mechanism,the rapid development of forest fire to predict and simulate,can effectively develop the fire fighting decision,control the continuous spread of the fire.However,as a complex system,accurately predict the spread of forest fires depends on many factors,including geographic information data,combustible data,meteorological conditions,efficient and accurate forest fire spread model.However,due to the dynamic and complexity of forest fire spread,it is difficult to obtain these data accurately.In this paper,the forest fire in Hunan area is taken as the object of study,and the Wang Zhengfei model(DEVS-Wang Zhengfei model)based on Discrete Event System Specification(DEVS)is selected without considering the fire extinguishing.,The data assimilation method in the simulation process of forest fire propagation is studied.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of forest fire spread,the distributed storage and computing framework and the particle filter data assimilation algorithm are used to build the framework of forest fire spread data assimilation method based on Hadoop,including data acquisition,data storage,data assimilation and visualization.(2)Analyze and collect the experimental data needed for the simulation model of forest fire,and use the distributed file storage technology to store and analyze it for the data assimilation system.(3)According to the principle and method of distributed computing framework MapReduce and particle filter algorithm,the FireWire and its peripheral temperature are used as parameters,and the fireworks is used as the parameter.Based on the calculation method of the algorithm and the measurement density,the data assimilation principle and the realization process of the forest fire propagation simulation are studied.In this paper,the main weather factor "wind",which affects the spread of forest fire,is selected as the dynamic data,and the wind speed and wind direction are taken as the simulation factors respectively.According to the proposed method of forest fire spread data,the simulation is simulated.The experimental results show that the proposed forest fire spread data assimilation method can effectively correct the inaccurate prediction of forest fire spread due to the error of meteorological data acquisition,so as to improve the prediction accuracy of forest fire propagation simulation model.
