The current research of Dalbergia odorifera T.chen both here and abroad mostly concentrate on the introduction and cultivation technology?biological diversity?wood properties?soil fertility and microbial.According to the mechanism of phenolic acids in soil of Dalbergia odorifera T.chen has not been reported.Dalbergia odorifera T.chen is one of four famous wood in china which for the national secondary protected plant,It has the characteristics of slow wood,solid wood,beautiful pattern and so on.Designed to establish the actual production of a suitable environment for the growth of Dalbergia odorifera T.chen indicator system provides a theoretical basis.In this experiment,the highest content of p-hydroxybenzoic acid(D1?D2?D3),vanillic acid(A1?A2?A3),ferulic acid(C1?C2?C3),coumaric acid(X1?X2?X3),benzoic acid(B1?B2?B3)and salicylic acid(S1?S2?S3)as a reference detected in the mixed forest of Eucalyptus robusta Smith×Dalbergia odorifera T.chen.Comparing the responses of growth and physiological of seedlings Dalbergia odorifera T.chen under different concentrations of different phenolic acids.Research indicates:(1)The effect of different phenolic acids concentrations on the growth of seedings Dalbergia odorifera T.chen was not exactly same.The concentrations of Phenolic acid was not obvious to the height of the seedings,while the B2 concentration had the lowest height diameter ratio.The biomass of seedlings was significantly promoted by all treatments,and the total biomass of S1's seedlings was the highest.The root shoot ratio of A2 seedings was maximum.The S2 concentration promoted the increase of water content of seedlings.The effect of different phenolic acids on the growth of seedlings Dalbergia odorifera T.chen was not obvious.The effect of benzoic acid on seedling height was higher than that of other phenolic acids.Salicylic acid has a significant effect on the biomass and water content of seedlings.(2)The effect of different phenolic acids concentrations on the chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of seedings Dalbergia odorifera T.chen was basically consistent.The D2 concentration of chlorophyll pigment concentrations extremely significantly promoted.The effects of Cl and C3 on chlorophyll content of seedlings were significant.A1 concentration was beneficial to increase the initial fluorescence and maximum fluorescence value of seedling leaves,But the effect of the concentration on the leaves potential activity and the maximum photochemical efficiency of PS II was not significant.Different acids on seedlings Dalbergia odorifera T.chen of the pigment chlorophyll content of roughly the same effect.The overall level of vanillic acid treatment was more conducive to the synthesis of the pigment in the seedling leaves,followed by the promotion of p-hydroxybenzoic acid also showed a significant level.(3)The effect of different phenolic acids concentrations on the content of nutrient of seeding leaves Dalbergia odorifera T.chen was not exactly same.The absorption of N and P of Dalbergia odorifera T.chen seedlings was highest in D1 treatment.D3 treatment is more beneficial to absorb K nutrients for seeding leaves.C1 treatment was beneficial to the absorption of Ca nutrients.The X3 concentration was maximum of content of Mg nutrient.The Fe nutrients of C3 treatment was maximum.The effect of different phenolic acids on the leaf nutrient of seedlings Dalbergia odorifera T.chen was different.The effect of p-hydroxybenzoic acid on N and P was significantly higher than that of other phenolic treatments.It is beneficial to the absorption of K and Ca in the leaves of p-hydroxybenzoic acid and Vanillic acid.Coumaric acid treatment is more conducive to plant leaves in the use of Mg and Fe nutrients.(4)The effect of different phenolic acids concentrations on the physiological of seedings Dalbergia odorifera T.chen was not exactly same.B1 concentration of seedlings treated with ABA content is relatively high,While D1 concentration and S3 concentration of ABA content was the lowest,it is less inhibition of plant growth.It was limited to growth of Dalbergia odorifera T.chen.X3,D1,S1 treatment was beneficial to the increase of GA3 content in plants.S1 and S2 treatment significantly increased the content of IAA.D2 and S1 treatment were beneficial to the content of ZR in plants.C1 treatment were beneficial to the content of MDA in plants.The POD enzymatic activity of seedlings under B2 treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments.The effect of A1 concentration on the activity of CAT enzyme was very significant.APX enzymatic activity was best in X2 concentration.The effect of different phenolic acids was different to grouth of Dalbergia odorifera T.chen.The content of endogenous hormones in the seedlings was the best under ortho-hydroxybenzoic acid.The MDA content of seedlings under CK treatment was higher than that of different phenolic acids.Benzoic acid was more conducive to the improvement of POD and CAT enzyme activity in plants,but APX is not,the content of APX was highest in the treatment of coumaric acid.
