Gibberellin is one of the five hormones regulating plant growth and development.It is widely used in the production of horticultural crops.Although the application of gibberellin to grape yield was increased,the fruit flavor and nutrition will be affected needs to be further studied.This study will explore the effect of Gibberellin on Kyoho and Jingya two grape varieties of fruit quality,based on the determination of yield changes,to further clarify the total soluble solids,fruit acidity,changes of resveratrol and polydatin content,to provide reference for related research.1.The appearance index,in Kyoho and Jingya two grape varieties using gibberellin,grape fruit quality,fruit quality were significantly increased;the fruit longitudinal diameter and transverse diameter becomes larger,that GA can expanding big fruit grain,and the effect is very good.2.After gibberellin treatment,Kyoho grape total soluble solids content decreased 15.2%,acidity had no obvious change,Jingya grape total soluble solids content and acidity are slightly higher,acidity increased 18.3%.early results show that the GA will reduce the ratio of sugar to acid,but has little effect on taste.3.Compared with the control group,the content of resveratrol in treatment group peel have improved,Jingya grape increased 43.5%,Kyoho grape increased 26.2%.pulp almost without resveratrol.The initial results show that 10 mg/L gibberellin did not reduce the resveratrol content,but also increased slightly.4.The leaching of 10 mg/L had no obvious effect on the content of polydatin in grape.
