Chinese cabbage clubroot is due to bacterial infection caused by a wider international spread of disease.The disease has post a great threat to cruciferous vegetables in the West Mediterranean,southern Europe,North America and Asia,Japan and other places.In recent years,clubroot has became a devastating disease and expanded rapidly in the Northeast and Southwest region of China,Upper-middle Reaches of Yangtze River and Qingdao of Shandong Province.Taibai,as the main vegetables supply area,has been greatly affected by that disease.In this study,in order to clarify the composition and distribution,identification of the resistance of cruciferae vegetable varieties physiological races of P.brassicae in Taibai,to know its resistance performance.select the right cabbage varieties for the summer mountain.This experiment through to Williams system,artificial inoculating in greenhouse,natural inducement and variety comparison test,The results of the study are as follows:1.Identification of physiological race of Plasmodiophora brassicae in Taibai mountain regionA total of 40 samples of Rhizoctonia solani were collected from the rooting place in Taibai alpine region of Shaanxi province.The physiological races of No.4 identified.62.5% of the disease,mainly distributed in the 16 villages about Zaoyuan、 Dujiazhuang 、Kuixinglou、Baiyangyuan、Jianpo、Huangfengshan、Beigou、Guaili、Meiwan、Qilichuan、Lijiagou、Jutou、Xiabaiyun、Hongxing、Haogudui、Tangkou village;No.7 physiological race accounted for 37.5% of the test sample,mainly in the 14 villages about Yangxia、Lupinggou、Dianzishang、Lingdanmiao、Huangfengshan、Tangkou、Dagouyuan、Fangcaiguan、Qilichuan、Niujiagou、Shangbaiyun、Hujiayuan、Hongxing、Liangyu Village.The results showed that the same host disease samples of the same village were different from the physiological race of Rhizoctonia solanacearum,such as the Chinese cabbage strain in Tangkou village,identified as 2 physiological races with 4 and 7;the same village There are two physiological races on the 4th and the 7th,and 2 physiological races on the 4th and the 7th in Taibai,Alpine cruciferous vegetable producing areas of different plots were mixed state.2.Introduction experiment of Chinese cabbage root disease resistant varieties in Taibai mountain regionThe results showed that although the morbidity and disease index of the cultivars were large,the resistance of the cultivars was consistent with the results of the two methods.Five in the seedling stage were identified by artificial inoculation,and 5 high resistance materials were identified in the seriously ill area.Four high sensitive materials were identified by artificial inoculation at seedling stage,and 14 were sensitive to the disease.There were five varieties of disease resistance(‘Jingchun CR1’,‘Jingchun CR3’,‘Jinjin’,‘Wendeng Chunbao’,‘Kanggan 118’).Combined with the local production practice,in the introduction of the test,the comprehensive evaluation of disease resistance and bolting resistance,you can get four fine varieties of materials:‘Jingchun CR3’is a middle early maturing varieties,resistant to bolting,disease resistance,excellent traits,high yield and stable yield,strong adaptability;‘Jingchun CR1’is the early maturing varieties,resistant to bolting,anti-major disease,high yield;‘Jinjin’is a middle early maturing variety,resistant to the main disease,low temperature bolting,high quality and high yield;‘Wending Chunbao’for the mature varieties,low temperature bolting,root health Wang,high yield,excellent quality,root rot disease and other major diseases.The four varieties of materials in the local production of Taibai excellent performance,suitable for Taibai alpine root disease area to promote the occurrence of planting.
