Morel is a rare edible fungus and its artificial cultivation is a hot topic in academic research and edible fungus industry. In this research,it studied the utilization of carbon and nitrogen from nutritious bags and spawn culture materials in morel cultivation, and studied the effects of heavy metals and chlorides on the mycelium growth of morel. It is the first time the stable isotope was used to study the utilization of carbon and nitrogen in morel cultivation. The results of the study are as follows:1.The carbon and nitrogen from nutritious bags and spawn culture materials were used in morel cultivation in fields well. Not only they were used in mycelium vegetative growth in soils, but also accumulated in fruit body.Morel had very high utilization rate of total materials, carbon and nitrogen with nutritious bags. The utilization rate were 69.9%,72.3% and 40.0%.The materials were used more in nutritious bags, the higher yield of morel became.Nutritious bags were indispensable in morel cultivation.2.In the experiment of affecting the mycelium growth of morel by heavy metals, six kings of heavy metals promoted the mycelium growth of morel under the low concentrations of 1.0~20.0mg/L.The maximum promotion rate was 38.3% and the minimum promotion rate was 2.1%.At the high concentrations of 50.0~100.0mg/L,the five kinds of heavy metal ions except Cd2 + promoted the mycelium growth of morel. The maximum promotion rate was 54.7% and the maximum inhibitory rate of Cd2+ was 76.1%.Mn2+ and Cu2+ had the best effect on the mycelium growth of morel. The concentration bigger was,the promoting effect stronger was.In addition to Mn2+,Cu2+ and Cd2+,the optimum concentrations of sclerotium becoming and mycelium density were lower than colony growth. It indicated that morel tended to grow mycelium instead of produced sclerotium under the good growth conditions.3.In the experiment of affecting the growth of morel mycelium by chlorides, four kinds of chlorides inhibited the mycelium growth of morel.Under the low concentrations of 0.2~1.0g/L,NaCl and KCl had weakly inhibition on the mycelium growth of morel. The inhibitory rates were 5.9% and 6.1%.Under the high concentrations of 2.0~ 20.0g/L,four kinds of chlorides had strongly inhibition on the mycelium growth of morel. And the maximum inhibition rate was 100%.NH4 Cl had the strongest inhibitory on the mycelium growth of morel under most test concentration, while KCl was the weakest.0.2g/L of NaCl was the only one who didn't inhibit the mycelium growth of morel. There were no sclerotium becoming under all test concentrations of NH4 Cl.The optimum concentrations of sclerotium becoming and mycelium density were lower than colony growth under the affecting by KCl and CaCl2.
