Scientific control of the plant growth environment is particularly important in the modern agricultural production activities.At present,domestic greenhouse environment generally relies on manual management to adjust the growth of crops,however,the Labor management cost is high and can not accurately examine the greenhouse environment in real time.In order to keep the crops quality and the production efficient,it is very necessary to develop the adjusted environment system of the crop.In order to solve this problem,the author designs and implements an economical and practical Real-time Monitoring and Control System of Single-point Environmental Information in Crops Greenhouse.The system can real-time monitor the light intensity and soil humidity inside the greenhouse,and can determine whether the current environment is suitable for the plant growth according to the monitored situation,so as to make corresponding decision.The critical parameters of the light and the humidity which can be examine by the keys are set in the system of crop growth,and can be set based on the different crops.An outline of this paper is as follows:(1)Designing a functional framework for the detection and control of the overall environment of the greenhouse,and selecting STC89C52 microcontroller as the master.First,photosensitive resistance and YL-69 sensor acquire data which is transfered to the ADC0832 to process.Then ADC0832 will send the data to microcontroller which makes the corresponding load off decision,and send the data to the LCD1602 to display.Altium designer is the hardware development tool which is used to design the system hardware circuit diagram and pin connections between components.Keil uVision3 is the software development tool used to write software program to achieve the function of each part.(2)Using the PROTEUS simulation tool to simulate the design of hardware circuit and software simulation,and verify the effectiveness of the system.(3)Debugging the welding circuit.To write the control programming to the chip and Energization test.The simulation verify the effectiveness of this system.For the different crops,the system can monitoring and control the greenhouse environment fast and accurately,and can be hoped to provide a suitable growth environment for crops.The system of Multi-point data acquisition and the upper computer to realize the control of the network connection are designing.
