Effects of continuous negative pressure water supply on water consumption, growth and development,as well as physiological mechanism and quality of Pepper were investigated in this paper.Meanwhile, the optimal negative pressure water supply conditions for growth of Pepper were screened out so as to achieve the goals of water conservation, high yield and high quality, thus providing theoretical foundation for the field production of Pepper, determination of the capsicum organs fresh weight biomass index, soil alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and organic matter of soil nutrition, catalase and urease soil enzyme indicator. The results are as follows:(1)When the water supply pressure was controlled from-5kPa to-15 kPa,the total water consumption and total water consumption of Pepper decreased significantly, and water use efficiency improved significantly;the accumulation of nitrogen in Pepper during the turning color period-red maturity stage increased by15.99% to 100.55%,and phosphorus accumulation increased by 20.47% to 154%compared with CK,and potassium accumulation increased by 64.92% to 144.9%compared with CK and CK;When the water supply pressure was controlled at-5 kPa,the accumulation of quality in each growth period of Pepper increased significantly, and the yield of Pepper fruit increased by 13.79% compared with that of CK,and the physiological indexes of Capsicum increased significantly.(2)When the water supply pressure was controlled from-5kPa to-15 kPa,the activities of 3 soil nutrients and 4 enzymes were significantly higher than those of CK.The content of available phosphorus, available potassium, alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen, catalase, urease, sucrase and phosphatase in-5kPa treatment were significantly increased.Analysis of soil nutrient and enzyme activity showed that the negative pressure in the water supply conditions, between the 4 enzymes of soil and 3nutrient of soil there were significant and positive correlation between soil nutrient and soil enzyme and also positively correlated, indicate the existence of the common relationship between soil enzyme and soil nutrient;Canonical correlation analysis indicated that the first canonical variables linear function reflects the soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient factors had positive effect on soil fertility level to play, and played a major role in soil nutrient and soil enzyme in nitrogen and urease respectively; The main relationship analysis showed that the first of the mainrelationship reflects the effect of soil enzyme activity and soil nutrient factors on integrated soil fertility level, second reflects the continuous negative pressure water on soil internal important biochemical processes change influence on the main relationship.(3)When the pressure of water supply was controlled from-5kPa to-15 kPa,the content of available phosphorus in soil increased significantly;when water supply pressure was controlled from-5kPa to-10 kPa,the phosphorus uptake and phosphorus translocation rate of leaves, stems, roots and fruits of Pepper increased significantly;when the negative pressure control in-5kPa,soil available phosphorus varied from82.81 mg/kg to 143.02 mg/kg,the average value was 103.98 mg/kg,Pepper each organ phosphorus uptake, translocation rate, transfer amount and transfer rate is higher, and were significantly higher than other treatments. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the soil organs and the available phosphorus in soil, indicating that there was a general relationship between soil available phosphorus and the organs of Pepper.
