Soybean is the main food crop in Heilongjiang province, with the large use of chemical fertilizer, the soil organic carbon content decreased, the quality of crops decreased, the need to increase carbon input, adjust soil structure and improve crop quality. In this paper, the Keshan County of Heilongjiang province is the test site, the test set three processing, including set straw to field(SNPK),fertilizer application of organic fertilizer(MNPK)and fertilizer with biochar(BNPK).Used field experiments to explore the organic material to soil conditions, soil organic carbon, organic carbon and its fractions changes, and the influence on the yield and quality of soybean, for soil fertility keeping and improvement and provides a theoretical basis for sustainable soil use, provide the scientific basis for the high yield and quality of soybean production. The results were as follows:(1)The experimental results show that the effect of different organic materials on soil water infiltration, straw returning(SNPK)processing the soil permeability is best.Different organic materials returning compared with chemical fertilizer could increase the mechanical stability of 0.25-10 mm aggregate content and >0.25 mm content of water stable aggregates. The treatment of different organic materials can reduce the soil sand content, increase the soil clay content, effectively improve the soil structure.Different organic materials can increase the content of available nutrients such as available N,available phosphorus and available potassium in 0-20 cm surface soil, and increase the total nutrient content of soil.Among them, organic manure treatment showed the best effect on soil chemical nutrient. The straw also showed good improvement effect on soil physical properties.(2)The variation characteristics of the content and components of soil active organic carbon under different organic materials investigated in samples of black soil form the plot experiment in Keshan. The results showed that the TOC content of the soil was significantly increased by different organic materials returning to the field, and the increase was 3.04%,2.44% and 1.66%.Compared with the single application of chemical fertilizer(NPK),the content of WSOC in soil was increased by 46.28%?7.57%and 14.18%.Fertilizer application of organic fertilizer(MNPK)on the content of EOC played a significant role in promoting, straw to field(SNPK)and the application of biological carbon(BNPK)increased soil MBC 17.20% and 14.23%.With manure significantly increased the proportion of WSOC and MBC ratio. There was a significant correlation between the components of soil active organic carbon. Therefore,in the field experiment, appropriate application of organic manure and chemical fertilizers(MNPK)played an important role for the increase of soil active organic carbon content and the effective control of its key components.(3)Organic materials for different measures on growth of soybean research shows that different organic material to soil to increase plant photosynthesis, chlorophyll content in soybean, increased leaf area index and promote crop growth and increase crop yields.Compared with the single application of chemical fertilizer treatment(NPK),the total amount of straw returned to the field(SNPK),withorganic fertilizer(MNPK)and with the application of biocarbon treatment(BNPK)increased by 4.9%,11.8%,9.4%.(4)The experiment on the effect of different organic materials returning to the soybean quality showed that different organic materials returning to the field could improve the quality. The protein content of chemical fertilizer application of organic fertilizerwas the highest, the total amount of straw was the highest, and the difference reached the significant level compared with other treatment.
