Halostachys caspica is one of the major desert plants and has a better tolerance for salt land.Research discoveries have been made in the early years of caspica n-butyl alcohol extract of st.aureus is the effect of inhibition of growth,and thus the experiment through the determination of MIC and MBC,st.aureus growth curve determination,fiber binding protein test,electrical conductivity measurement,medium,the protein concentration in the determination of reducing sugar concentration,beta galactose glucoside enzyme activity assay method,the determination of alkaline phosphatase and intracellular Ca2 +concentration,such as measurement and compare different solvents caspica bacteriostatic activity of extract;For staphylococcus aureus the permeability of cell membrane,we measured the staphylococcus ball intracellular antioxidant enzymes enzyme activity determination,determination of staphylococcus aureus thick enzyme fluid and staphylococcus aureus cells endogenous H2O2 content determination,determination of staphylococcus aureus cells lipid peroxidation;Finally,the effect of the butyl alcohol extract on the morphological changes of staphylococcus aureus was determined.The results of the experiment were obtained:1.Caspica contain a variety of extraction of chemical composition,which mainly include sugar,polysaccharide,peptides,amino acids,organic acids,steroids,triterpene substances,saponins,phenolic,whatever quality,alkaloids,flavonoids,volatile oil,etc.;The influence of butanol in the growth curve of staphylococcus aureus was mainly reflected in the logarithmic period of the growth of staphylococcus aureus.At the same time,the staphylococcus aureus,caspica n-butyl alcohol extract the bacteriostatic effect of relatively Liang Hai,the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of 0.1250 mg/m L,minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of 0.0625 mg/m L,and than the control group in advance 7 h into the plateau.2.Containing n-butyl alcohol extract solution by 100 ℃ treatment 1 h,bacteriostatic rate > 80%,show that the active material has good thermal stability,suitable for high temperature equipment cleaning sterilization.N-butyl alcohol extract in p H 7-8 environments have antibacterial activity,antibacterial rate >90%,is expected to be used for easy infection of staphylococcus aureus p H neutral foods such as meat,aquatic products,eggs of antisepsis.3.N-butyl alcohol extract caused by the change of cell membrane permeability,causes solution mass concentration,type,the change of the conductivity of extracellular,this will cause the potassium sodium ions and small molecules in cells leakage,when cell membrane destroyed,will cause permanent damage,then there will be a macromolecular substances such as intracellular protein leakage into the extracellularmatrix,with the extension of time,the effect of the membrane will be destroyed,n-butanol extraction nutrient solution conductivity will intracellular substances released into the extracellular matrix rapid rise.
