Root knot nematode is one of the most serious diseases on agricultural production.Root-knot nematode disease is more and more common and serious because of global climate changes and horticultural facilities promotion.R.Therefore,this paper was investigated the occurrence,damage severity and genetic background analysis of root-knot nematode in horticultural plants in Northeast China.1.Clear the distribution and harm of nematode disease in the three provinces of northeast in China.Root-knot nematode diseases have occurred in large facilities in vegetable areas in Liaoning Province.Only two locations found the disease in Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province.The general incidence rate was 65%or more and the incidence of serious areas have reached 100%.Among them,root-k:not nematodes were not found in Benxi City and Yingkou City.Meanwhile,the disease is not serious(two cities were collected 4 samples,the incidence rate is 100%and the disease index is 10-50)in Tieling City and Fuxin City.Liaoxi area surveyed a total of 17 locations,of which the incidence rate was 84%or more including the city of Xingcheng and Jinzhou.The disease occoured seriously with disease index 75-100 in Shenyang and Xinmin.The production and quality of vegetables was seriously affected by root-knot nematodes,but combined with effective prevention and control measures,economic losses can be controlled within a certain range.2.The collected from around the species identification of root knot nematodes samples,through usual identification and analysis,and the identification results verified by molecular biological means,the current facilities vegetable root knot nematodes dominant population in northeast China are M.incognita.The root-knot nematode samples was carried out with morphological identification and the results were validated by molecular biology.It is clear that the dominant population of root-knot nematode in the northeastern region is M.incognita.3.Compare root knot nematodes from northeast with them from other provinces?analysis of specific sequences of DNA,and then spread to the northeast of China.The samples of root-knot nematodes collected in Northeast China were compared with those of other provinces and cities.According to the relationship between the phylogenetic tree,Southern root knot nematodes occoured in Jiangsu,Shandong,Beijing and Tianjin may be from Fujian and Guangdong Province.The gene of root-knot nematode The Chaoyang,Fuxin and Suizhong samples in Liaoning Province is closest to the genetic background of Shandong,Jiangsu and Fujian samples,Xingcheng,Linghai and Changchun samples and the samples of the genetic distance is relatively close in Beijing,The root-knot nematodes in Jilin and Heilongjiang were similar to those of root-knot nematode in Shandong and Guangdong.
