Effects Of Compound Microbial Agents On The Growth And Development Of Rice

Public concern about organic food is rising along with importance of new type of fertiliser that can take place of traditional fertiliser to satisfy the people’s demand for organic food.Microbial agent is a kind of microbial product by mono-or multi-microbial,with high level activity and certain effect.The Useful Microbial Lord for Agriculture is a kind of microbial agent with multiplex isolates.To test it’s increment to rice product,this project set 9 treatments to mesure morphological,physiological characteristics and activity of edaphic enzymes after use of the microbial angent.The result showed that,with it used during the whole period of growth,the microbial agent contributed to rice height,leaves area,biomass,tiller number and product.Treatment with seed soaking and recommend dose concentration microbial agent application made rice height increased 25.00%,leaves area increased 15.15%-27.66%,biomass increased 13.25%-62.64%,tiller number increased 91%and product increased 24%.Chlorophyll,solubal sugar,solubal protein increased to peak and then decreased but malonaldehyde decreased constantly.Chlorophyll content increased 40.25%～62.64%,solubal sugar increased 13.25%～25.81%,solubal protein increased 22%～36%and malonaldehyde decreased 4.7%～15.1%in treatment with recommended dose concentration biological agent.As to soil enzyme activity,rice applied with microbial agent showed higher activity than other treatment.Activity of oil urease,acid phosphatase,and catalase increased in treatment with recommend dose concentration agent and activity of soil invertase showed best proformance in treatment with 2 times the recommended dose concentration agent.
