Blueberry fruit is rich in anthocyanins,vitamins and other antioxidants,with high nutritional health function,is one of the most promising fruits today.In this study,the introduction of cultivated rabbit blueberry 'Britewell' and 'Gardenblue',the North High Cong Blueberry 'Brigitta' and 'Berkeley',the south from the blueberry 'Cooper' and'Sharpblue',the main quality characteristics,storability and antioxidant activity of the fruits were evaluated systematically.The main results are as follows:(1)The results showed that the content of fruit weight,soluble sugar content,titratable acid content,soluble solids content and vitamin C content of six blueberry varieties were significantly different(P<0.05),The contents of soluble fruit,the content of soluble solids,the content of soluble solids and the content of vitamin C were measured,'Britewell' quality is best,'Berkeley' is the worst.(2)Analysis of storability index,The results showed that the fruit yield,hardness,titratable acid content and soluble solid content decreased with the increase of storage time during the storage of 6 blueberry varieties after storage at low temperature.The variation range of stagnation index among different cultivars was significant(P<0.05),One of the rabbit eye blueberry 'Britewell' varieties of the best storage resistance,followed by the 'Gardenblue','Cooper' worst.(3)Effects of 1-MCP treatment on the main quality of blueberry fruits were analyzed,1-MCP treatment had significant effect on the basic quality index and antioxidant activity of blueberry fruit during storage.After 1-MCP treatment,low temperature storage can effectively reduce the weight loss rate of blueberry fruit,slow down the fruit in the soluble sugar,titratable acid,vitamin C and other substances degradation,efectively maintain the fruit's antioxidant capacity,but had no significant effect on the content of soluble solids in blueberry fruit.(4)The phenolic content of six varieties of blueberry fruit was significantly different(P<0.05),Among them,rabbit eye blueberry 'Britewell' total phenol content,flavonoid content,total anthocyanin content of the highest,Simultaneously,blueberry fruit Total anthocyanin content in the fruit antioxidant activity occupies a large role.The flavonoid content in the blueberry fruit showed the same effect as the total anthocyanin in the six blueberry varieties.In the determination of antioxidant activity;DPPH method and FRAP method were basically the same,and the total antioxidant activity(FRAP)of DPPH free radical scavenging rate was higher in different varieties of blueberry fruit;Among them,the highest antioxidant activity is 'Britewell','Cooper' has the lowest antioxidant activity.(5)The content of total phenolics,flavonoids and total anthocyanins in blueberry fruit were positively correlated with the antioxidant activity.The antioxidant ability of blueberry fruit was the result of the interaction of three kinds of active ingredients of total phenolics,flavonoids and total anthocyanins.The correlation coefficient between total anthocyanin content and DPPH free radical scavenging rate and FRAP value was the highest,which indicated that the total anthocyanin substance played an important role in the antioxidant activity of blueberry fruit.
