| Water-saving irrigation technology can improve the water use efficiency effectively and reduce water consumption.Rootzone irrigation is a kind of water-saving irrigation developed later,which characterized by good water conservation while helping to improve the quality of crops.However,there are many problems such as complicated structure,high cost and poor uniformity of Rootzone irrigation device,which restrict the application and promotion of the technology.Based on the existing research on water-saving irrigation device,combined with the rootzone irrigation principle,the centralized distribution switching rotary valve is designed,which can realize the single path switching irrigation and recycling the residual liquid in the pipeline in real time.In addition,the rotary valve can multiple irrigate,which extends the application scope of centralized switching rotary valve in the agricultural irrigation field.By adjusting the position of the valve core,the valve opening can be controlled,so as to control the flow rate of the irrigation pipeline to meet the needs of different irrigation.The simulations of circular turning and rectangular turning are carried out under different valve opening by FLUENT.It is found that the circular turning can only slightly improve fluid flow characteristics.From the cost perspective,the rectangular turning is selected as the switching runner.The two working modes of switching irrigation and multiple irrigation are simulated in different valve opening,the distribution of velocity field,pressure field and outlet mass flow under different valve opening are discussed,and the influence of working pressure and valve opening on the working performance of the two modes is analyzed.It is found that the optimum working pressure is 0.3~0.5MPa and the optimum opening of valve is 75%~100%and 50%of switching irrigation and multiple irrigation.Using FLUENT and ABAQUS software to simulate the flow field and stress and strain of the sealing device of the circular sliding surface,the star shape sealing structure is better,and has a certain self compensation function.After test,the seal is reliable. |
