A Comparative Study On The Histological Characteristics Of Muscle Fibers Of Du Chang Bai Outside The Ternary Pigs With Different Age

Muscle tissue is a necessary nutrient for animals,humans and an important part of an animal body.in order to further explore the mechanism of pig muscle fiber growth and development regulation and pig breeding.The pig's semitendinosus,dorsal longissimus dorsi,biceps femoris,and psoas muscle were used as test materials at 1 day,30 days,60 days and 180 days Du Changbai outside the ternary pigs,Histological characteristics were observed by histology,enzyme histochemistry and immunohistochemistry.The results were as follows:1.Muscle fiber diameter:The average diameters of pig's semitendinosus,longissimus dorsi,biceps femoris and psoas muscle were 5.13?m,20.36pm,29.09?m and 58.25p?m respectively at Id,30d,60d and 180d Du Chang Bai outside the ternary pigs.1d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's psoas>longissimus dorsi>semitendinosus>femoris biceps,There were no significant difference between them,30d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's longissimus dorsi>femoral biceps>semitendinosus>psoas,There were no significant difference between them,60d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's semitendinosus muscle>femoral biceps>psoas>longissimus dorsi,There were no significant difference between them,180d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's semitendinosus>femoral biceps>psoas>longissimus dorsi,There were significant differences in the diameters of the femoris biceps and longissimus dorsi.2.cross-sectional area:The average area of pig's semitendinosus,longissimus dorsi,femoris biceps and psoas were 24.01?m2,351.43?m2,671.07?m2 and 2619.48?m2 respectively at 1d,30d,60d and 180d Du Changbai outside the ternary pigs.1d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's psoas>longissimus dorsi>semitendinosus>femoral biceps,There were significant difference between them.30d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's longissimus dorsi>femoral biceps>semitendinosus>psoas,There were significant difference between them.60d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's semitendinosuse>biceps femoris>psoas>longissimus dorsi,There were significant difference between them.180d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's semitendinosus>biceps femoris>psoas>longissimus dorsim,There were significant difference between them.3.Muscle fiber density:The mean densities of pig's semitendinosus,longissimus dorsi,femoris biceps and psoas were 5965.29 N/mm2,799.46 N/mm2,393.61 N/mm2 and 107.65 N/mm2 respectively at Id,30d,60d and 180d Du Changbai outside the ternary pigs.1d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's psoas>longissimus dorsim>semitendinosus>femoral biceps,There were significant difference between them.30d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's psoas>longissimus dorsim>semitendinosus>femoral biceps,There were significant difference between them.60d Du Changbai outside the ternary pig's psoas>longissimus dorsim>semitendinosus>femoral biceps,There were significant difference between them.At 180d Du Changbai outside the ternary pigs,There were significant difference between them.The fiber density of the psoas was greater than that of the biceps femoris,semitendinosus and longissimus dorsim.The density of psoas was larger than that of the other three parts.4.Muscle fiber type:Id semitendinosus,longissimus dorsi,femoris biceps and psoas fast muscle percentage of 85.53%,93.90%,80.85%and 83.89%,slow muscle percentage of 15.11%,7.85%,17.51%and 14.53%,30d semitendinosus longissimus dorsi,femoris biceps and psoas fast muscle percentage of 63.07%,86.99%,55.79%and 72.59%,slow muscle percentage of 40.86%,18.39%,44.63%and 25.84%,60d semitendinosus,longissimus dorsi,femoris biceps and psoas fast muscle percentage of 74.07%,94.85%,92.57%and 69.99%,slowpercen-tage of 27.37%,7.38%,11.53%and29.55%,180d semitendinosus,.longissimus dorsi,femoris biceps and psoas fast muscle percentage of 91.92%,82.76%,72.18%and 81.00%,slow muscle percentage Of 8.08%,10.11%,41.83%and 19.68%..It couid be seen that Du Changbai outside the ternary pigs grown with the age of pigs,muscle fiber diameter becomes thick,cross-sectional area becomes larger,muscle fiber density decreased,The diameter of the muscle fibers increased with the increase of the diameter of the muscle fibers,and the variation of the diameter,the cross section area and the density of the different muscle fibers were different.The number of muscle fibers in Du Changbai outside the ternary pig muscle after birth to 180d showed a dynamic change process.The number of fast muscle fibers increased from the number of fibers to the last stable,and the number of slow muscle fibers increased from less to more transformation.
