With the development of China's economy,people's demands for ecological balance are getting intense,and the demand for ecological engineering is also highly concerned by the whole society.There is a large number of infrastructure that has caused great damage to the environment,the formation of a large number of bare slopes,serious soil erosion,the surrounding environment and human society to form a great potential damage in recent years.In addition,there are a large number of environmental wastes in the environment such as Pisha stone,because of its special structure and extreme sensitivity to water,has become a "arsenic" ecological waste in Chinese Northwest region.Therefore,it is very important to study the resource reuse of waste in engineering application.In this study,planting concrete as the research object,The related theories and techniques of materials science,engineering and botany are integrated.In Pisha sandstone is made of planting concrete,adding fertilizer and planting alfalfa planting,study the possibility of planting alfalfa concrete,provide technical support for soft rock resource utilization.The main results are as follows:(1)The wrapped slurry technoloy,5% and 10% in Pisha stone added to the planting concretethe and have a new type of planting concrete,as were PS(0.05)and PS(0.10).With the combination of XRD,SED-EDS and other methods,will be planting concrete data analysis,The results show that with the physical and chemical properties of fresh concrete and adding Pisha sandstone can reduce the cement setting time,PS(0.10)compressive strength and porosity were better than that of PS(0.05),But the rate of alkaline decrease was slower and the pH value decreased to less than 9.5.The time required was about 10 days more than that of PS(0.05)(2)The formation of M.sativa and planting concrete combination PSX(0.10),PSR(0.10),PSX(0.05),PSR(0.05),the four kinds of engineering planting combination.The root growth and morphology of alfalfa were studied by means of root scanner and chlorophyll metert.The results showed that the engineering alfalfa was induced by different application of phosphorus environment.In the PS(0.10)laying of treated concrete,alfalfa plant on the aerial part and chlorophyll content is higher;The comparative analysis of total root length,root shoot ratio,root surface area,root mass density index,found in the 3-12?g P g-1 gradient range,alfalfa total root length,root shoot ratio,root surface area and root quality density have higher value,better root growth of alfalfa;The engineering combination of PSX(0.05)in the mixed concrete was significantly higher than that of the same treated plant concrete,and the root surface area and root biomass/shoot biomass were significantly increased at 12 ?g P g-1 phosphate level.(3)The root exudates of alfalfa under different concentrations of phosphorus were determined and analyzed.The relevant indexes were collected and determined by solution method.The results showed that the alfalfa had good uptake at 6 and 12 ?g P g-1,and the alfalfa had higher biomass,especially at 6 and 12 ?g P g-1.At this time,the total phosphorus content of plants was higher under the dry weight,and the uptake efficiency of alfalfa was high.While the organic acid secretion is mainly succinic acid and acetic acid is the main source of phytochemicals,alfalfa roots;But in the low phosphorus or high phosphorus environment,the root absorption balance is unstable,rhizosphere secretion increased.Which citric acid and oxalic acid secretion increased significantly,and citric acid on alkaline soil activation ability.The amount of phosphorus in the dry plant was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05),the phosphorus concentration in the rhizosphere was higher than that in the control group.In summary,PSX(0.05)is one of the most suitable engineering combinations,which can be adapted to the wider range of application of phosphorus.In this paper,the combination of M.sitiva Xingjiang daye,M.sativa Regina2000 and the mixed concrete is described.The physiological indexes of alfalfa were good at 6 and 12 ?g P g-1,and the effect of 12 ?g P g-1 was the best.It can be used as a more appropriate application of phosphorus gradient.In this paper,the combination of M.sitiva field day and M.sativa Regina2000 and plant concrete is the most suitable engineering.
