Maize stalks because of their biological production accounted for more than 50% of the whole maize,is the main feeding source of China's agriculture and pastoral areas,but also ruminant livestock main silage raw materials,which promote the development of animal husbandry industry plays an important role.The feeding quality of stalk directly affected the utilization value of stalk's own resources.The experiment was divided into two years.The crude protein content and crude protein content of stalk were compared,the accumulation of crude protein was studied,and the feeding quality and energy were also measured to select the better varieties.The effects of nitrogen fertilizer on the quality of grain and grain yield of corn stalks were studied by applying different nitrogen fertilizers at different growth stages and the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on the yield and grain yield of stalk at different growth stages.Our study not only was useful for founding the coupling law but also could provide the basis for the use of stalk resources.The main results were listed as follows:The accumulation of crude protein in each cultivar of corn stalks showed a decreasing trend in different periods,and the variation of cultivars was different.The difference between the two cultivars was different.Huannong 887,Xianyu 335,Zhengdan 958,Jundan 20,Pingyu 8 In the five varieties,the change rate of Jundan 20 was the smallest,the rate of change was 16.551%,and the change rate of Pingyu 8 was the highest,and the rate of change was 18.532%.At the time of harvest,Xianyu 335(8.841%),Zheng dan 958(8.465%),Pingyu8(8.170%)crude protein content is higher.The results showed that under the same planting conditions,the four quality traits(crude fiber CF,acid detergent fiber ADF,neutral detergent fiber NDF and crude)of corn stalk were compared with 45 spring sowing and 25 summer sowing varieties.The total yield of the three spring varieties were as follows: Derun98:CF(20.80%),ADF(26.32%),NDF(51.00%),CP(9.63%),Zhengdan 958: CF(20.23%)ADF(18.37%),NDF(51.53%),CP(8.68%),Denghai618: CF(18.57%),ADF(22.42%),NDF(51.23%),CP(8.80%);The total yield of the three summer varieties were as follows: Xianyu335:CF(25.01%),ADF(30.53%),NDF(45.58%),CP(6.24%),Zhengdan 958: CF(24.64%),ADF(28.35%),NDF(55.79%),CP(7.30%);Jindan52(31.40%),ADF(29.73%),NDF(63.13%),CP(7.26%),The above varieties are reflected inthe stalk fiber indicators lower,the higher the content of crude protein this feature,more conducive to feeding.In this study,we found that the energy of stalk was quite different.Among them,the calorific value(15.82 kJ / g)of Zhengdan 958 was the highest,which indicated that the cultivar was suitable for high energy stalk feeding for future reference.The results showed that the application of nitrogen fertilizer at jointing stage and large trumpet stage could decrease the fiber content and increase the content of crude protein in the stalk.The results showed that the content of crude protein in the stalk was increased at the jointing stage,tasselling stage,grain filling stage,waxy stage and ripening stage.And grain yield.Through the analysis of fertilization period,stallk feeding quality and yield,it was found that fertilization period had a significant positive correlation with yield.The effects of different nitrogen fertilizers on stalk feeding quality and grain yield were studied.With the increase of fertilizer application rate,the content of crude fiber,acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber in stalk decreased first,but with the application of fertilization,the content of the three fibers in the stalk will be increased,and the change was more significant during the jointing period,which indicated that the appropriate nitrogen fertilizer for the variety at the jointing stage had a great effect on improving the feeding quality of the stalk.The content of crude protein and the yield of maize in stalk increased with the increase of nitrogen application rate,but the high amount of nitrogen applied would decrease the content of crude protein and grain yield in stalk.The results showed that the yield was negatively correlated with the content of acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber,and it was positively correlated with the content of crude protein in stalk.In summary,it was shown that the appropriate application of topdressing nitrogen fertilizer could reduce the content of various kinds of fiber in the stalk,increase the crude protein content and the yield of maize in the stalk,and apply the appropriate nitrogen fertilizer in the appropriate growth period to improve the stalk feeding quality and production had a greater role.The higher the crude protein content of the corn,the higher the crude protein content of the stalk,the lower the content of the crude protein in the stalk,and the lower the content of the crude protein in the stalk.
