Amino acid fermentation tail liquid is a kind of fertilizer additives and functional synergistic material,which is rich in free amino acid,sugars and other small molecules,so it has been widely used in the field of new fertilizer production in recent years.In this paper,3 different types of amino acid fermentation tail liquid were used as research materials,and we have studied the synergistic effect and mechanism of amino acid fermentation tail liquid on common water soluble fertilizer by field experiment,15 N tracer experiment,soil incubation experiment and sand culture experiment.The results are as follows.1.Water soluble fertilizer mixed with amino acid fermentation tail liquid could rise obvious synergistic effect,enhance the yield and quality of tomato significantly,and improve soil biological activity.In detail,compared with common water soluble fertilizer,the yield increased by an average of 9%;the soluble solids,soluble sugar,VC and sugar acid ratio of tomato fruit increased by 14.61%~19.28%,10.15%~16.54%,16.32%~17.73% and 35.38%~36.01%,respectively;the content of titratable acidity reduced by 7.84%~16.00%;the microbial biomass carbon content,the activity of invertase,urease and alkaline phosphatase increased by 27.77%~36.23%,34.46~38.39%,10.59~16.47% and 10.74~22.15%,respectively.2.Water soluble fertilizers mixed with amino acid fermentation tail liquid could optimize the utilization of fertilizer nitrogen apparently,enhance the nitrogen uptake and regulate the translocation and accumulation of fertilizer nitrogen in plants,so as to increase the utilization rate of fertilizer.In detail,compared with common water soluble fertilizer,the total amount of nitrogen and fertilizer nitrogen in plants increased by an average of 8.09% and 9.91%,respectively;the accumulation of fertilizer nitrogen accumulation in the main functional areas such as leaf and fruits increased by an average of 18.20% and 8.01%,respectively.Therefore,the average utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer increased by an average of 9.91%,and the nitrogen loss rate reduced by an average of about 14.36%.3.Amino acid fermentation tail liquid could regulate the transformation process of acyl and ammonium nitrogen in soil,slow down the hydrolysis of acyl nitrogen and nitrification rate of ammonium nitrogen.Therefore,it could prolong the nitrogen application time and improve the utilization efficiency.At the same time,amino acid fermentation tail liquid could also regulate the process of soil phosphorus transformation,increase the content of available phosphorus,Ca2-P and Ca8-P in soil significantly,enhance the availability of soil phosphorus,and improve the supply of phosphorus to the soil.4.Amino acid fermentation tail liquid could affect tomato root growth and development,and its effect was closely related with liquid concentration.In detail,the medium and low concentration liquid(2g/L and 1g/L)could stimulate the growth of root and promote root extension,compared with general Hoagland nutrient solution,the root activity increased by 13.73~44.28%,and the root fresh weight,dry weight,length,volume and surface area increased by 8.58~46.30%,10.91~54.39%,8.66~82.21%,2.13~76.60% and 7.74~45.74%,respectively.In addition,the high concentration liquid(5g/L)could produce stress on root growth and restrain root development.
