| In order to research the absorption and distribution of carbon and nitrogen of grape leaves,Cabernet Sauvignon wine grape which were planted in 2009 year were used as materials for two consecutive years.The results show:1、The order of grape leaves of different nodes carbon and nitrogen assimilate allocation to fruit: lower leaves> middle leaves> upper leaves,and a fixed upper leaves and shoots Assimilate absorbed nitrogen major suppliers own growth shoots Construction,a very small part assigned to the fruit.2、Labeled leaf of branch close to the trunk,its δ value is the leaf of distance from the trunk 1.19 times,its δ value is the fruit of distance from the trunk 4.74 times,δ value of fruit is leaf?s 35%,but δ value of fruit which is distance from the trunk is leaf?s 8%,that indicating the photosynthetic ability of leaf which branch close to the trunk is high,the ability to shoot on fruit close to the trunk where the shoots fixed transportation of photosynthetic products distance from the trunk.Close to the trunk shoots and distance from the trunk shoots far absorbed a small amount of nitrogen fertilizer mutual transport,most of the shoots retained.3、Sampling after 72 hours and sampling after 216 hours,upper leaves retention of carbon nutrition are basically the same,are about 30%,and the rest to transported other parts.Sampling after 216 hours labeling shoots fruit and fine roots distribution rate is higher than the sampling after 72 hours,its 1.65 and 13.64 times,while the distribution rate of trunk dropped to 51.37% considering sampling after 72 hours,.This shows that,in the fruit veraison,with the extension of labeling time,the carbon nutrition of grape upper leaves through trunk nutritional way continue distribution to fruit and fine roots of these two important libraries.4、As the fruit matures,a fixed upper leaf photosynthetic products grape shoots to itself increases the supply of shoots;the distribution rate of veraison is highest,followed by mature period,expand period is the lowest.The nitrogen nutrition of grape upper leaves supply its own shoots Construction rate to the mature period is highest,followed by expand period,veraison is the lowest,the same to fruit.5、Whether alone or upright arm dragon tree,lable leaves carbon and nitrogen are mostly used for the construction of its own shoots,the remaining amount of outward to transport.When the tree shoots alone arm leaves fixation carbon and absorb nitrogen transport to other shoots,from the shoots near its distribution rate is greater than the distance;upright cordon shape tree shoots an upper and lower shoots of carbon and nitrogen from each other in operaten,in which the distribution rate between the sum of the shoots is minimal.6、Area within the time fixed lable Assimilate ability to retain the lateral shoots with two leaves the unit and nitrogen nutrition and absorption are superior retention 6 leaves,which are 1.92 times and 1.15 times.However,due to a large amount of dry matter,the lateral shoots of six leaves showed 0.10-and 0.79-fold high photosynthate and nitrogen nutrition in comparison to the lateral shoots with two leaves. |
