This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different substitutes of antibiotics and related combinations on the production performance,immunological as well as the intestinal health and their mechanisms.This study will provide a theoretical basis for the application of probiotics,tributyrin,antibacterial peptide,glucose oxidase and related combinations on pig production,as well as provide evidence for the non-antibiotics cultivation of pigs.Single factor test design was used in the current study.Three hundred and twenty 40-d-old weaned piglets(Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire)were randomly divided into 8 treatments with 4 replicates per treatment,and 10 pigs per replicate.The control treatment was fed with a basal diet,and the experiment treatments were respectively fed antibiotics,tributyrin,microecology,antibacterial peptide and the combinations of glucose oxidase,microecology and antibacterial peptideon the basic diet.There was a pretrial period of 7 d followed by an experiment period of 120 d.The results show that: according to the animal diarrhea rate,death rate,average daily gain,feed conversion ratio and the performance of the ponderal index,the treatments fed with antibiotics,micro ecology,tributyrin,antibacterial peptide and glucose oxidase enzyme,micro and micro + peptide had improved production performance of nursery pigs(P<0.05).Compared to antibiotics group,pigs fed with micro ecology,tributyrin,glucose oxidase,enzyme,micro micro + peptide showed advantages on production performance.The treatments fed with antimicrobial peptides and antibiotics reflected has their own advantages;immunoglobulin IgG content and spleen index,micro,micro peptide,enzyme + tributyrin,antibacterial peptide diet can improve the immune of nursery pigs,separately using glucose oxidase and micro ecological compared with the use of antibiotics alone on immune performance did not differ significantly(P>0.1);And the glucose oxidase,micro + enzymes,antibiotics and micro ecological can be used to improve Prevotella(Prevotella spp.)proportion to dietary nutrient elements are more abundant.Thus,without the addition of antibiotics,addition of microecology,tributyrin,antibacterial peptide and glucose oxidase enzyme,micro and micro + peptide can be successfully cultured in nursery pigs,and antimicrobial peptides feed,feed and other non contrast effect against antibiotic feed better.
