Botrytis cinerea is a serious and common disease on tomato.The eggplant,pepper,cucumber,gourd and other many kinds of crops are also harmed for Botrytis cinerea.Greenhouse Tomatoes are often infected with this disease because of low temperature and continuous rain.This study used mycelial growth rate method to test matrine and pyraclostrobin in different proportion on the disease activity,to get the suitable proportion,and then 40% matrine.Pyraclostrobin suspending agent on Tomato safety tests and field trial were conducted to evaluate the test chemicals’ safety and control effects on Botrytis cinerea.The results are the following:1.The vitro tests showed that: with different ratio and concentration of matrine TC and pyraclostrobin TC,the growth rate of bacteria colony were different obviously,which had good inhibitory activity on Botrytis cinerea.The EC50 of matrine TC and pyraclostrobin TC are 73.37 μg/mL,18.67 μg/ml.In the 5 different mixed combinations between matrine and pyraclostrobin,16% matrine + 24% pyraclostrobin EC50 value of the minimum is the smallest,the concentration is 13.84 μg/ml,efficiency factor SR is1.92,and synergistic effect is obvious.2.On the basis of the indoor activity test,the preparation of matrine: pyrazole mushroom(16: 24,M / M)was selected.The final formula were 16% matrine,24% pyraclostrobin,5% propylene glycol,2% wetting agent P,1% alginate,3% Lignosulfonate,0.4% silicone 1522,1% xanthan gum,and water additionally.With 40% matrine and pyraclostrobin suspending agent,Indicators were qualified.3.In the field trial,the test agent of 40% matrine and pyraclostrobin suspending agent had no adverse effect on the growth and development of tomato.And it had good control effect on Botrytis cinerea,the 175 g/ha,200 g/ha,225 g/ha(active ingredient dosage)treatments after last administration of 7 d,14 d,and the difference of the control effect on leaves and fruits reached the significant level.In Baoji,the control effect on leaves after last administration of 7 d was up to 53%~74%,which on fruits was up to 53%~73%;and the control effect on leaves after last administration of 14 d was about 51%~71%,which on fruits was up to 48%~69%.In Yang ling and Bao Ji,the control effect on leaves after last administration of 7 d was up to 55%~76%,which on fruits was up to 57%~75%;and the control effect on leaves after last administration of 14 d was about 51%~73%,which on fruits was up to 53%~72%.4.Research showed that: suitable dosage of 40% matrine ?pyraclostrobin suspending agent was 29.2 ~ 37.5 grams/mu(active ingredient dosage,175 g/ha~225 g/ha).Appropriate application period for the tomato Botrytis cinerea was the coming or early disease.The method of plant stems and leaves fruit uniform sprayed every 7~10 days and 2~3 times was appropriate.At the same time,comprehensive agricultural control measures in agriculture are to be took,and different fungicides are to be used by turns,to improve the control effect of tomato Botrytis cinerea.
