Status Analysis And Utilization Of Plant Community In Meizhou Island

Meizhou Island is the hometown of Mazu,who is the sea goddess.The well-known birthplace of Mazu culture has the coastal resources,which is far and near,richly endowed by nature,has been named the National Tourism Resort.The national afforestation is top hundred county(District),National Model Green County and national AAAA class tourist area,Meizhou Mazu cultural and ecological protection of ecological civilization demonstration and China experimentation area base,national Ocean Park,and one of the top ten tourism brands in Fujian province.However,the selection of Meizhou Island Garden Tree Species and the configuration of landscape plant community has high randomness.The green plant species selection,plant configuration,construction and maintenance management is lack of reasonable positioning,long-term consideration and scientific planning,which causes the tree planting,plant configuration is not in place.Plant community is a part of the plant landscape,and it is the foundation of the ecological function of urban green space system,and also an important symbol of landscape development.Building a scientific and rational structure of plant community can promote the efficient,healthy and stable development of plant landscape.Therefore,the research of Meizhou Island plant community is important to the sustainable development of Meizhou Island landscape and the construction of tourism ecological island.The typical investigation on Meizhou Island,Choose typical sections to set up sample plots for quadrat surveys.The sample plots include Meizhou Island main road landscape plant community,parks,recreation areas,tourist attractions and natural ecological park.The records include all plants(including trees,shrubs,ground covers,vines),the number of plants communities(trees,shrubs according to plant statistics,ground cover according to the area of Statistics),and each plant community landscape situation in all seasons of the year.And shoot the characteristics of the location of some field.Collect and sort out materials,sum up the types of plants,community structure and configuration.Through the seasons of the year and seasonal changes of plant communities,calculate species richness(S)and frequency(F)by using the method of statistical analysis.Collect and organize relevant documents and consult senior garden experts and analyse the present situation of Meizhou Island plant communities.Though the investigation and Analysis on the current application situation of Meizhou Island plant species and plant configuration,I summed up the problems and the reasons of the Meizhou Island plant community.(1)The problems:the overall situation of plant community have poor performance,the cultivation structure is simple.The colorful tree species,flowering plants and the ornamental plant have few applications,the community relation between plants is simple,The configuration is monotonic and there has unreasonable selection and planting level is not obvious,the seasonal plant landscape was not obvious,thus the landscape is monotonous and the stability is poor,which is lack of flowers,landscaping,color and fragrance.(2)The reasons:bad natural conditions,the defective landscape planning and supervision management system,the weak technician,the serious plant pest and the insufficient capital investment and some other subjective factors.Relating to the issues combined with the researching results of plant communities in Meizhou Island,I put forward the following countermeasures about the development of Meizhou Island plant community:(1)Improve the regional environmental conditions and other unfavorable factors measures;(2)Improve the landscape protection policy and implement the management system;(3)Strengthen landscape protection propaganda;(4)enhance the maintenance and management of landscape;(5)increase the landscaping investment;(6)build the rich color and obvious seasonal plant landscape.Through the analysis of the present situation of Meizhou Island plant community,I put forward the development countermeasures of Meizhou Island plant communities,and provide scientific basis for the selection of plants and structure optimization of plant community in Meizhou Island,and improve the level of Green Island plant community construction,and provide designing ideas and experiencing guidance for the future construction of the landscaping projects to create beautiful and special island plant landscape.
