The Yellow River is the most important foreign water resources in Shandong Province.It provides precious water resources for urban and rural industries in Shandong,agricultural irrigation and residents' living water.In recent years,the Yellow River's entry water has declined year by year,the available amount has been decreasing,and the water resources are facing a grim situation.However,there are water resources wasting and irrational use in irrigation areas.Therefore,how to improve the utilization ratio of water resources is of great significance to improve the water balance in the region.Open channel flow measurement has important guiding significance for the planned water use,reasonable measurement and improvement of irrigation area management.How to carry out efficient,accurate and convenient flow measurement is the main direction of current measurement technology.On the basis of summarizing the experience of the previous flow measurement,Taking the Xingjiadu Irrigation District as the research object,a set of flow monitoring system based on PLC and force control configuration software was designed,by using the existing cable current measurement technology,combined with the PLC control technology,data integration technology,configuration monitoring technology and other technical means.The system mainly divided into two parts of hardware and software design.In terms of hardware design,at first,according to the field channel situation,we designed the overall structure of the flow measurement system combined with cable test technology.And the constructions also have been improved by solving the problem of water flow into the water drift.And then according to the needs of the flow measurement,we have carried out the selection and design of the instrument related to the flow measurement in the principle of economic reliability and stable performance.Finally,completed the control part of the design selection combined with field control requirements.In terms of software design,first,in order to improve the accuracy of the measurement results,we have designed and optimized the current measurement algorithm.Second,we designed the PLC program according to the flow measurement process and the flow measurement algorithm.Third,to the force control configuration software as a platform,We designed a multi-functional display of field monitoring,data collection,fault alert,etc.In this paper,we conducted a field flow measurement after the measurement system was completed.Taking into account the development prospects of measurement Technology,Innovative Airborne ADCP Flow Measurement System was introduced into the measurement of the measured flow.By comparing the measurement,on the one hand can test the stability of the cable flow system,which also can for the promotion and use of ADCP laid the foundation.
