Cucumber is one of the world's main vegetables. It not only has high nutritional value, but also has effect on beauty. It is loved by many consumers. In recent years, with the improvement of facilities and cultivation technique, its planting time domain has been extended, planting area has been expanded, which also provides favorable conditions for Trialeurodes vaporariorum infracting.By selecting cucumber resources,we found that some new materials had good resistant ability to Trialeurodes vaporariorum, which provided a new way to reduce the use of chemical pesticides, avoided pesticide residues and soil environmental pollution and insect resistance in production and so on.Our research group provided four cucumber materials(No.4,13,19,76)for this which had resistant ability to the effects of Trialeurodes vaporariorum on volatile substance, the relative expression of defensive enzyme gene and nutrients of different cucumber materials, and had little resistant ability to inbread line which for reference. We syudied the leaf tissue structure differences of different cucumber material, and explored the changes of nutrients, volatile substances and the relative expression of defensive enzyme gene before and after inoculation of Trialeurodes vaporariorum. The aim was to study the resistant mechanism of the resistance to of the cucumber new materials, and to provide the theoretical support and scientific basis for the further selection and breeding resistanct cucumber varieties. The main research results were as follows:1.By inoculating of Trialeurodes vaporariorum, the cucumber materials can be divided into three categories according to the quantity and ratio of Trialeurodes vaporariorum: No.13 and No.4 had medium resistant ability,No.19 and No.76 had low resistant ability, the control had no resistant ability.2.After inoculating Trialeurodes vaporariorum, five kinds of defense enzyme(PPO?HPL?LOX?SOD?APX)gene relative expression of each cucumber material changed differently. The response ability descending order was as follows: No.13,No.4,No.19,No.76,CK,which was consistent with resistant classification.3.The resistant ability of different cucumber materials was not related to the leaf thickness, the thickness of the upper epidermis, the thickness of the fence and the thickness of the spongy tissue, but had a positive correlation with the lower epidermis thickness, and the smaller the porosity is,the stronger the resistance.4.Five categories were detected in Cucumber materials volatile compounds. The main parts in seedling stage were alcohols, esters, while in adulthood were mainly alcohols, esters and aromatic hydrocarbons.;Meanwhile, the resistance in seedling stage was mainly related to the increase of ethanol content and the decrease of Hexanol and Ocimene, while in adult period the resistance was mainly related to the increase of cis-3-hexenyl acetate and the decrease of cis-3-hexenol,3-hexenaldehyde,farnesene and so on.5.We found that leaf nutrient content affected the resistant ability, and the resistant ability in adult stage was more sensitive than that in the seedling. But whether in seedling or adult stage, the resistant ability had a negative correlation with the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, free amino acids, vitamin C and had a positive correlation with the content of proline.
