| Rape was suffered from the sclerotinia sclerotiorum during the whole growth period.The two pesticides are allowed to protect rape after official registration.In this work,the recommended maximum dosage of each pesticide were used to spray rape during the flowering period.After the drug delivery,bees collect bee-products(bee pollen,honey and royal jelly)on a regular basis.The simultaneous determination of carbendazim,triadimefon and its’ converted product triadimenol residues in different samples were developed.The transfer of pesticide residues in different bee products was studied.The main results are presented as follow:1.Improvement of the literature and standard SN/T 2578 and GBT 20769,detection method of carbendazim,triadimefon and its metabolites in bee pollen,honey and royal jelly was received.The correlation coefficient of carbendazim,triadime fon and triadimenol in pollen were 0.9999(0.001-0.5 mg/L).The correlation coefficient of carbendazim,triadimefon and triadimenol in honey and royal jelly were 0.9992-0.9998(0.001-0.1 mg/L),the recoveries in pollen and honey were 83.24%-110.11%(under the spiked concentration at 0.05 mg/kg,0.1 mg/kg,0.2 mg/kg),with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)0.99%-11.90%,the recoveries of royal jelly was 92.68%-115.62%(under the spiked concentration at 0.05 mg/kg,0.25 mg/kg,1 mg/kg),with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)1.68%-9.24%,the limits of quantification(LOQs)in pollen were 0.00006 mg/kg、0.0003 mg/kg and 0.00006 mg/kg,the limits of quantification(LOQs)in honey were 0.000007 mg/kg、0.00006 mg/kg and 0.00009 mg/kg,the limits of quantification(LOQs)in royal jelly were 0.0001 mg/kg、0.001 mg/kg and 0.0003 mg/kg.These results demonstrated that the proposed can satisfy the analysis of carbendazim,triadimefon and triadimenol residues in bee products.2.The recommended maximum dosage of carbendazim and triadimefon were used to spray rape.The bees collected pollen after spraying.The residues of carbendazim,triadimefon and its metabolites in 18 days are 1.10 mg/kg,0.0288mg/kg and 0.133 mg/kg respectively.The function simulation of the residues in carbendazim and triadimefon from pollen is y = 32.702e-0.211x,R2 = 0.709 and y = 6.6243e-0.281x,R2 =0.8363 respectively,and half-life period are 1.98 day and 0.716 day.And the residues of carbendazim and triadimefon in bee pollen gradually reduced,the concentration of triadimenol increased at first,and then decreased.3.The recommended maximum dosage ofcarbendazim and triadimefon were used to spray rape.The bees collected honey after spraying.The residues of carbendazim and triadimefon in 24 days are 0.0315 mt/kg and 0.000135 mg/kg respectively.The residue of triadimenol is under the limit.The function simulation of the residues in carbendazim and triadimefon from pollen is y=0.26e-0.065x,R2=0.5345 and y=0.0055e-0.131x,R2=0.6977 respectively,and half-life period are 25.2 day and 12.5 day.And the residues of carbendazim and triadimefon in honey gradually reduced,the concentration of triadimenol increased at first,and then decreased.4.The recommended maximum dosage of carbendazim and triadimefon were used to spray rape.The bees collected royal jelly after spraying.The residues of carbendazim,triadimefon and its metabolites in 22 days are 0.0770 mg/kg,0.00427 mg/kg and 0.0103 mg/kg respectively.The function simulation of the residues in carbendazim and triadimefon from royal jelly is y=0.4535e-0 084x,R2=0.6886 and y=0.0086e-0.029x,R2=0.431 respectively,and half-life period are 16.7 day and 19.5 day.And the residues of carbendazim in royal jelly gradually reduced,triadimefon was reduced at first,and increased then decreased again,the concentration of triadimenol increased at first,and then decreased.5.Carbendazim,triadimefon and triadimenol residues were decreased while the time increased gradually in pollen,honey and royal jelly.The three pasticides residues in royal jelly are 10 higher than than in honey. |
