| Rice line 0901 is high yield line that be bred by rice science institute of hunan agricultural university, group use it as the male parent and hybrid with multiple female parent and matching the multiple high yielding hybrid rice combination, some of these have been approved by provincial or national level. These varieties showed good advantages, such as wide adaptability, high yield, stable yield,and high quality, Lu 18S with which as the female parent with a combination Luliangyou 0901 is best performance of all. This study main describes find the source and genetic sources of intensity sensitive material of 0901,and study its sensitivity characteristics,growth characteristics, agronomic traits and characteristics of light under different shade conditions,The main results are as follows:(1) Under the same shade processing, Luliangyou 0901 and Xiangzaoxian 32 of rice varieties show different aspects of reproductive growth,Luliangyou 0901 showed no heading,so preliminary judgment Luliangyou 0901 is light intensity sensitive species.In the early of enter the reproductive growth,due to lack of light that can not enter the reproductive growth and the whole growth period can not be completed properly.(2) Further experiments found that the performance is not heading of male material 0901under certain shade material handling,then Lu 18S can normal heading,thus proving Luliangyou 0901 light sensitivity characteristics mainly from the paternal genetic,0901 is a light intensity-sensitive material.(3) Different light intensity treatment,heading dynamic growth period, tillers, plant height and leaf area of rice parents 0901 compared with the control,they showed significant differences.For large scale production of rice lines 0901 leaf area and plant height are easily by outside lighting conditions,if we can take advantage of its strong light-sensitive properties and modified it to more adapt the external environment growth,this is to ensure favorable conditions for the final realization of high yield.(4) There is a certain correlation that effect on the light intensity SPAD value and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters by light intensity of rice 0901 intensity sensitivity characteristics,different light intensity has different impact for its chlorophyll content significantly,chlorophyll content increased in favor of an increase in the number of units photosynthesis per unit leaf area,leaf senescence slows,photosynthesis function to extend the duration and it can produce and accumulate more photosynthetic products for rice panicle initiation and heading,so high yield can be obtained. |
