Taking slow release fertilizer and proportion of potash basal and topdressing as factors, the field experiment was carried out, the effects of different treatments on the growth and development, physiological indexes, economic characters, physical characters, coordination of chemical composition and soil nutrient contents of flue-cured tobacco leaves were studied, the results showed that:1. Slow-release fertilizer could increase leaf length, leaf width and effective number of leaves, but had little effect on plant height and stem girth; The effects of slow release fertilizer on agronomic traits were gradually strengthened from the vigorous growing period, and had positive effect on the growth and development of tobacco plant on the later period, Agronomic traits of tobacco plant with increasing proportion of Potash basal and topdressing after an initial increase downward trend.2. Administration of slow-release fertilizer could improve the total potassium content lower leaves, reduce late loss of potassium, the total potassium content of tobacco leaves increased with advancing growth, in topping period reached maximum, maturity fell back.3. Slow release fertilizer treatments'yield increased significantly, the proportion of potash basal and topdressing 4:6 treatment's yield, average price are higher, the highest yield and average price was the A1B2 treatment, which had a better comprehensive performance.4. The lower leaves and middle leaves of A1B2 (slow release fertilizer+proportion of Potash basal and topdressing of 4:6) and A2B2(tobacco specific fertilizer+proportion of Potash basal and topdressing of 4:6), upper leaves of A2B2 had a better performance indicators. Slow-release fertilizer increased the leaf width and single leaf weight of flue-cured tobacco, and proportion of potash basal and topdressing of 4:6 had a better physical indicators.5. Slow release fertilizer and potash fertilizer topdressing had a positive effect on improving the quality of flue-cured tobacco, slow release fertilizer could increase the content of nicotine in flue-cured tobacco leaves, the potassium content of flue-cured tobacco could be significantly improved when the proportion of potash basal and topdressing was 4:6. Integrated to deal with A1B2, A2B2 performances were the best, and the best coordination of intrinsic chemical components.6. Slow release fertilizer could effectively maintain the available phosphorus and available potassium content of tobacco planting soil in later period, improve the soil fertility, and promote the absorption of nutrient elements in flue-cured tobacco.Comprehensive evaluation, In N, P, K application rate of 1:1:1.5 and the nitrogen rate was 12kg/667m2 the treatment of A1B2, namely, the combination of the application of slow release fertilizer and the proportion of potash basal and topdressing of 4:6 was the best.
