| With the rapid development of agricultural economy, the backward of technology for drying crops and crop planting yield sharp rise has become a serious contradiction. Drying related machinery and equipment research, especially of hot blast stove, and intelligent design is an urgent need to resolve the key problem of becoming.This paper in the country advocated the establishment of the social background of conserving and intelligent, for crop drying of hot air furnace, high energy consumption, low efficiency, the shortcomings of poor labor costs are high and the quality of dried products. To crop honeysuckle and daylily drying process parameters according to design intelligent control system of a hot air furnace and supporting, and of the hot air stove out hot air velocity and temperature stability was tested, and in the control system, of the hot air stove out of outlet air temperature control parameters using fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm, the mainly research research contents of several aspects as follows:(1) Tells the story of the crop drying hot blast stove type and intelligent control system in domestic and foreign research present situation and the trend of development. Selected using biomass as fuel, with circulating water heat exchange medium, respectively to control fan speed of the wind speed intelligent control and pump motor speed control to achieve the temperature at any time to adjust.(2) The crop drying hot blast stove structure design. Through mathematical modeling, on the fluid flow rate of economic analysis, to determine the hot blast stove fuel furnace part, part of water tank and the heat exchange part’s shape and size. And material selection, running in the most economical;(3) The hardware part of the control system of the hot blast stove is designed, including the sensor detection circuit, the power conversion circuit, the speed control circuit of the fan and pump, the man-machine exchange circuit and so on;(4) Hot air furnace intelligent control system is designed. To ensure the outlet air temperature and wind speed stability, with STM32 MCU as the main control, the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm to control the temperature, by using tools such as MATLAB for simulation test;(5) The prototype of the hot blast stove was tested, and the three kinds of temperature and wind speed were verified by changing the index. The temperature of the air outlet was compared with the standard temperature, and the stability was more than 95%. |
