Reproductive performance of the combined effect of genetic, nutritional and environmental factors. Among them, the impact of environmental factors on reproductive performance of up to 20%, the impact of nutrition on reproductive performance of more than 40%. Suitable environmental conditions can improve the reproductive performance of pregnant sows, high temperature, high humidity makes pregnant sows produce heat stress, resulting in decreased feed intake, reduced reproductive performance; barn with high concentrations of CO2 and NH3 can cause pregnant sow suffering from respiratory disease and inflammation; low dietary protein level can reduce the labor force and lactating sows weaning weight to a certain extent. The experiment was conducted to through the different geographical environment parameters, protein levels and reproductive performance of long-term monitoring, more suitable for living come pregnant sows, breeding temperature, humidity and protein levels. It provided the experimental basis for the control of major environmental parameters pregnant sow piggery, in order to improve reproductive performance of pregnant sows. This study is divided into three parts:The first part (test 1),monitoring three pregnant sows discounted temperature, humidity and pregnancy reproductive performance data through a year's time, more seasons four seasons temperature, humidity and reproductive performance differences were obtained temperature, humidity and THI impact on reproductive performance and pregnancy; the second part (test 2) by monitoring pregnant sows discounted concentration of harmful gases and reproductive performance, and setting Concentration of CO2 and NH3 gradient and recording the corresponding gestation reproductive performance, compare results barn influence Concentration of CO2 and NH3 in pregnant sows reproductive performance; the third part (test 3) were divided into three groups and fed with protein levels 14.01,14.35,14.71 diets, pregnancy, reproductive performance records (total, health, weak, death and mummy) to compare the effects of different protein levels obtained pregnant sow reproductive performance.Conclusion:1)spring is the best season for pregnancy farrowing in Hunan and Chongqing Province, the most suitable temperature and humidity in the farrowing about 20?22??humidity at 76?80%.When THI> 79, the dead sow litter size increased significantly.2)concentration of CO2 and Concentration of NH3monitoring results of four seasons: the highest in winter and lowest in Summer.3)when Concentration of CO2=500 ppm, Concentration of NH3=5 ppm, pregnant sow reproductive performance impact is minimal in pregnant sows barn.4)temperature and humidity, Concentration of CO2 and NH3 annual variation trend (P <0.01), temperature and humidity, the correlation coefficient was 0.574. Concentration of CO2 and NH3 correlation coefficient of 0.555. temperature and Concentration of CO2 and Concentration of NH3 correlation coefficient of -0.341 and -0.514 (P<0.01), humidity and Concentration of CO2 and NH3 correlation coefficient of -0.514 and -0.459 (P<0.01).5) The correlation coefficient CO2 concentration and NH3 concentration and the number of pigs born alive was -0.450 and -0.383, indicating that the increase in the concentration of harmful Barn reduce the number of pigs born alive.6) pregnant sows in the breeding process, an appropriate increase in dietary protein level to 14.7% can effectively improve the reproductive performance, get more number of Kin, bring greater economic benefits for aquaculture production. In summary, the spring is the most suitable season for pregnant sows giving birth. When the temperature at around 20?22?,humidity at 76?80 %,protein level increased to 14.7%, can improve the reproductive performance of sows. When concentration of CO2 =500 ppm, concentration of NH3=5 ppm, the pregnant sow reproductive performance impact is minimal in pregnant sows bar.
