The experiment was carried out in Zuoyun County of Shanxi Agricultural University from May to November 2015, in the modern agricultural demonstration garden. Single factor randomized block design was used to study the plant characters and yield of different potato varieties to select the best varieties suited to local cultivation. Using the "3414" complete design scheme of fertilizer to obtained the best fertilization ratio of the test variety and the best ratio of potato Jizhang NO.8, which provides theoretical basis for the high yield and high quality cultivation of potato. The main results are as follows:(1)Comparison test of Potato VarietiesPotato cultivation tillage depth 30-40cm around, when we begin sow, we should record all varieties of growth stages, with the advance of growth period, we record the seedling stage, flowering stage, and mature stage, potato nest weight, then equivalent to a yield, according to the recording data and the local climatic conditions, screening out the best varieties of potato Jinshu 16, which has a longer growth period, good commodity, per mu yield reached 3810kg.(2)Effect of N, P and K ratio on yield of potatoUsing "3414" scheme to design fertilizer field experiment, through analysis on the yield, we obtained that the application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium play a significant role on potato yield in a certain range. Too high or too low are not conducive to increase the yield. And according to ternary quadratic and binary time effect equation fitting, we can draw the optimum amount of fertilization about potato Jizhang No.8 for N:11.0620-11.16323kg/667m2; P2O5:6.4605-16.13482kg/667m2; K2O:8.5754-9.960211kg/667m2, the average yield reached the 2610 kg/667m2. |
