Calcium is one of the important plant nutrients, there is most important influence to the growth and development of plant and plant physiological activities. At the same time, as the plant extracellular coupling information and intracellular physiological and biochemical reactions of the second messenger, calcium can combine with the intracellular messenger, regulate the metabolism and physiological regulation of plant, and calcium is as the adjuster of some important biochemical process. The flowering is the central link of higher plant ontogeny. It is the key process that floral organ differentiation and development of higher plants from vegetative growth to reproductive growth. The flowering process of plant is the acceptance with the induction of environmental factors (such as photoperiod, temperature etc.), it was induced by a series of signal transduction, and leads to the flower bud differentiation and floral organ development.by metabolic mechanism ways.Many studies showed that, calcium plays a very important role in plant floral induction, floral bud differentiation and flowering regulation, and calcium changed regulation of plant physiological processes by plants of many hormone contents and carbon and nitrogen nutrient dynamic,There is important effection in endogenous hormones and endogenous nutrient balance of plant flowering. In addition, calcium play an important role as second messengers with Calcium calmodulin prime synergistic effect in flowering plants process.Plants uptaked calcium in Different ways of roots and leaves, on the one hand, the root absorption of calcium mainly through the xylem to transport to the leaves and floral organs, the absorption was greatly affected by the transpiration intensity; on the other hand, Calcium by leaf absorption is through phloem transport to floral organs, while it at a slower speed through the phloem of the ministry transport. Because of the particularity of calcium absorption and transport, The Calcium in the soil is difficult to be used, as a result, There were some differences between the influence of different ways of calcium application on lily flowering. In view of this situation,this experiment was conducted by Different ways of soaking and spraying the ball leaves of calcium application to Lilium casa blanca, the study attempts to explore the the flowering characteristics, photosynthetic characteristics,carbon nitrogen nutrition, and the interaction between endogenous hormones of Lilium casa blanca. And it studed the effects of application of calcium on flowering quality.The results showed that:1) There was a significantly positive correlation between the Ca level of T treatment and plant height, bud length and flower diameter, but a highly significantly negative correlation between T treatment and stem diameter. While there was a highly significantly positive correlation between the Ca levels of n treatment and plant height, stem diameter, bud length and flower diameter. The middle concentration Ca levels of T treatment and high concentration Ca levels of n treatment made a high blossom rate. And low concentration Ca levels of T treatment and high concentration Ca levels of n treatment made a high blossom cleanliness. At the same time, There was a highly significantly negative correlation between T treatment, H treatment and Days to flower, Days of squaring, a highly significantly positive correlation between T treatment, H treatment and Ending flowing, The days of blossom.2) There was a significantly positive correlation between the lower Ca level of T1 and T2 treatments, and The Ca content in leaves of OT(oriental x trumpet) hybrids'Concad'Or was decling in the higher Ca level of T treatment and higher Ca level of H treatment,during the flowering phase of OT(oriental x trumpet) hybrids'Concad'Or.3)There was a significantly positive correlation between IAA, GA3, ZR, ZR/ABA, (IAA+GA3)/ABA and different ways of Calcium supplements, a significantly negative correlation between ABA, IAA/GA3, IAA/ZR, even a highly significantly in H treatment during the flowering phase of OT(oriental x trumpet) hybrids 'Concad'Or. Calcium supplements advanced IAA, GA3 in the early stage of the bloom, and decreased ABA. As a result, it shorten Days to flower. While calcium supplements advanced ZR, IAA in the end stage of the bloom. As a result, it prolonged The days of blossom.4) There was a significantly positive correlation between T treatment and Soluble sugar content.but there was no significantly positive correlation between T treatment and Soluble protein content, The Ratio of Total sugar and Total nitrogen. While there was a significantly positive correlation between H treatment and Soluble sugar content, Soluble protein content, The Ratio of Total sugar and Total nitrogen. The different ways of Calcium supplements both increased Soluble sugar content and Starch content in the early stage of bloom, and H treatment increased Soluble protein content in the blooming stage, it slowed down the aging of OT(oriental x trumpet) hybrids'Concad'Or.Different ways of calcium supplements advanced the blossom quality of Lilium casa blanca, shorten the Days to flower, and delayed the aging of Lilium casa blanca. Among them, There was a better effect in bringing forward of the flowering phase and advancing the blossom quality of OT(oriental x trumpet) hybrids' Concad'Or in T treatment.the higher Ca level of T treatment have a positive addition of plant heigh, bud length and flower diameter, the lower Ca level of T treatment have shorten the Lily bloosom stage, while a better effect in advancing the blossom rate and prolonging the Days of blossom in H treatment. The middle and lower Ca levels of H treatment have a positive addition of the concentration of nutrient substance in OT(oriental x trumpet) hybrids 'Concad'Or.
