Study On The Evaluation Of Scenic Resources And Development Countermeasures Of Luojishan Forest Park

In recent years,with the development of society and the acceleration of urbanization,resources has become increasingly tense,environmental pollution has become increasingly serious,and natural ecosystem has degraded gradually,so the country has begun to vigorously promote the construction of forestry ecological culture,forest has become the main part of forestry ecological construction,and forest park has become an important carrier to realize the three functions of ecological protection,environmental education and tourism economy,and it has become an important part of forestry ecological construction.In order to improve the planning and construction of forest park,improve forest service function while protecting the forest ecosystem,the exploration and study on the evaluation of scenic resources and development countermeasures of forest park have very important practical significance for the protection of resources and environment and the development and planning of forest park.By using field survey method,interview method and analytic hierarchy process,and on the basis of a comprehensive survey of the present situation of scenic resources in Sichuan Province Luojishan Forest Park(hereinafter referred to as the Luojishan Forest Park),according to "China Forest Park landscape resources grade evaluation"(GB/T18005-1999),combined with expert consultation,construct a evaluation index model of scenic resources in Luojishan Forest Park and conduct a evalution on scenic resources.And by using the SWOT method to analyse the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the ecological tourism development environment and development conditions,provide suggestions for the planning and operation management of Luojishan Forest Park.The main results are as follows:(1)Use analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the scenic resources of Luojishan Forest Park from the three aspects of scenic resources quality,regional environmental quality and tourism development conditions,through expert consult,on the basis of the original evaluation standards of "China Forest Park landscape resources grade evaluation",increase 3 indexes in the evaluation of regional environmental quality which include comfortable climate period,the sanitary conditions of forest park and environmental pollution in forest park,and increase regional resource combination evaluation index in the evaluation of tourism development conditions,finally determine 21 evaluation indexes which include the land resources,hydrology resources,biological resources,the number of negative air ions,air quality,the sanitary conditions of forest park,location conditions,traffic conditions and so on,and construct a evaluation index model of scenic resources in Luojishan Forest Park.(2)Use the evaluation system to evaluate the Luojishan Forest Park,and the full score is 10 points.According to the evaluation results,the comprehensive score of scenic resources in Luojishan Forest Park is 8.0513,and the quality of the scenic resources belongs to the first class,the scenic resources are excellent,the tourism value is high,and the value of the exploitation and utilization is high.The resources of Luojishan Forest Park can be reasonably optimized and scientifically developed to ensure the coordinated development of forest park.From the analysis of the evaluation results,the scenic resources quality of Luojishan Forest Park got a score of 4.469 points,the total score of 55.51 percents.It shows that the Luojishan Forest Park has a unique resource conditions.Among them,the score of biological resources,land resources and hydrological resources are in the top three,and this shows that the biological resources,the land resources and hydrological resources are important features of scenic resources of Luojishan Forest Park,development and construction of Luojishan Forest Park must focus on the feature creation of biological resources,land resources and hydrological resources,and it should excavate the depth of its connotation,and play the value of characteristic resources of Luojishan Forest Park which is different from other ecological tourist area.The regional environmental quality of Luojishan Forest Park got a score of 1.3226 points,the total score of 16.43 percents.The air quality and the content of negative air ion got higher scores,indicating that the air quality of Luojishan Forest Park is good and the air is fresh,which is conducive to the development of the construction of Luojishan Forest Park.The tourism development conditions of Luojishan Forest Park got a score of 2.2597 points,the total score of 28.06 percents.Among them,the score of location conditions,traffic conditions and infrastructure conditions are in the top three,indicating that Luojishan Forest Park has obvious geographical advantages.At the same time,excellent traffic conditions and a better traffic network of roads can also greatly improve the access of Luojishan Forest Park,which is conducive to promoting the rapid development of Luojishan Forest Park to attract more tourists to visit.(3)Development and construction of Luojishan Forest Park has good geographic conditions,environmental advantages,abundant resources, developed forestry industry,the policy support of local government and late-development advantage,and so on.Meanwhile,it's also experiencing the opportunity of the construction of national ecological civilization and the beautiful countryside,the construction of ecological tourism demonstration in Sichuan Province and the creatation of the best western sunshine leisure resort destination in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture,and the transformation of the domestic industrial structure adjustment and development mode and the upgrading of the consumption demand of the residents have also boosted the development of forest park.However,there are also some weaknesses in the development of Luojishan Forest Park,such as imperfect tourism infrastructure and service facilities,imperfect management system,lack of management personnel,lack of tourism investment,extensive lag of tourism products and less well-known visibility disadvantages,and so on.Meanwhile,it also faces the threat of the competition from the homogenization of surrounding ecological tourism destination and tourism products,the threat of the sensitivity of ecological environment and sustainable development,the threat of the diversification of tourism demand and the richness of tourism products,and the threat of the coordinated development between community and forest park,and so on.(4)Development countermeasures of Luojishan Forest Park:integrate market advantage and resource advantage;clear the theme positioning of Luojishan Forest Park,and strive to build "the ancient glacial Geological Park" strengthen cooperation with the surrounding tourist destination to achieve complementary advantages;develop new tourism products with innovative characteristics and create participatory, experiential,entertaining and strong tourism products;pay attention to the protection of the ecological environment;pay attention to the interests of the community;establish a scientific and rational management system,and introduce management service personnel;establish a diversified investment structure and investment platform;increase publicity efforts to improve visibility;carry out multiple types of tourist routes;seek differentiated tourism development strategy,and so on.
