This experiment was based on the new flue-cured tobacco varieties (lines) 09011, studied on the growth and development, production quality status of the interaction of three kinds of nitrogen application rate (4.8,6,7.2kg per mu) and three kinds of density (1000,1100,1200 plants per mu). A comprehensive analysis and comparison of each treatment was carried out, from the growth period, natural incidence, botanical characters, agronomic characters, chemical composition, economic characters, appearance quality, etc. Draw the following conclusion:1. Analysis of growth period, botany characters and natural incidence can be obtained: during the period of growth and development in field, the appropriate increase of nitrogen application rate and the relative decrease of the planting density, the growth and development was more conducive to the tobacco plant 09011 in the early stage, but the mature and yellowing relatively slow of the tobacco leaves in the late stage, the growth period of 7.2kg×1000 plants per mu was longest, the growth period of 6kg×1200 plants per mu was shortest; The incidence of TMV in each treatment was generally higher, As a whole the disease resistance of 7.2kg×1100 plants per mu was better, The disease resistance of 4.8kg×1000 plants per mu,4.8kg×1200 plants per mu,6kg×1000 plants per mu and 7.2kg×1200 plants per mu took second place; The botanical characters of different treatments were not different in mature period, the plant type, leaf shape and growing vigor of 6kg×1000 plants per mu,6kg×1100 plants per mu and 6kg×1200 plants per mu was better, The botanical characters of 4.8kg×1000 plants per mu,7.2kg×1000 plants per mu and 7.2kg×1100 plants per mu took second place.2. Analysis and comparison of the main agronomic characters can learn:With the same nitrogen application rate, the planting density was relatively smaller, the index of the plant height, stem girth, pitch and the other agronomic characters such as larger, The status of growth and development such as better; With the same planting density, the greater amount of nitrogen application had the larger index of the plant height, stem girth, pitch and the other agronomic characters, also had the better status of growth and development. The status of growth and development of 7.2kg×1100 plants per mu were the best, with the largest index of agronomic characters, the status of growth and development of 4.8kg×1200 plants per mu were the worst, with the smallest index of agronomic characters.3. Analysis and comparison of the conventional chemical composition can learn:The potassium content of flue-cured tobacco leaves was lower than the optimal standard, and the content of nicotine and total nitrogen were all in the most suitable range. In part of the treatment, the contents of total sugar and reducing sugar were lower than the best standard. The chlorine content of individual treatment was slightly higher than the optimal standard. The conventional chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco leaves tended to be more harmonious, the chemical quality of the overall performance was better, with the appropriate increase of nitrogen application rate and the greater planting density. The coordinations of the overall chemical composition of 6kg×1200 plants per mu,7.2kg×1000 plants per mu, 7.2kg×1200 plants per mu were better.4. In terms of appearance quality and economic characters:The appearance quality of each treatment had little difference, the appearance quality of 6kg×1200 plants per mu, 7.2kg×1000 plants per mu,7.2kg×1200 plants per mu were better, with the orange color, loose structure, sufficient oil and stronger chroma; The economic indicators of each treatment were different greatly, the economic benefit of 6kg×1200 plants per mu was highest, with the largest of yield, output value, average price, medium and high proportion of tobacco. the economic benefit of 7.2kg×1000 plants per mu,7.2kg×1200 plants per mu were higher.5. In summary, with the conditions of this experiment, we believe that the comprehensive performance of flue-cured tobacco 09011 of 6kg×1200 plants per mu was the best, with the better field performance, the more harmonious of chemical composition and the highest of the economic benefit. The comprehensive performance of 7.2kg×1000 plants per mu,7.2kg×1200 plants per mu took the second place, with the better field performance, the more harmonious of chemical composition and the relatively high of the economic benefit.
