The Rubus L. belongs to Rosaceae and Rosoideae subfamily, which is one of the largest number of Rosaceae. There are 700-1000species. China is one of the important distribution center of modern plants of the Rubus L. China has 201 species,98 varieties, including 138 specific species, is part of24 subgroups of 8 groups. At present, The Rubus L. enjoied 'the fruit of life' and' the third generation of fruit of the world'. In addition, the Wild Rubus L resources of chinese is extremely abundant, and many species have large breeding potential. But there are major differences in the chinese Rubus L. (Rosaceae) Classification relationship and Phylogenetic relationship. As we all known, the species of the Rubus L. includes numerous varieties and contains great variation. There are a large number of polyploidies caused by frequent apomixis, hybridization and polyploidy, leading to the complicated groups, controversial classification and system position. Consequently, these facoters affected the use of excellent wild raspberries germplasm in plant breeding. Therefore, this study used the rpl20-rps12 sequence of chloroplast DNA of non-coding region of gene spacer analysis, and construct phylogenetic tree, in order to discuss the Classification relationship and Phylogenetic relationshipof Chinese Rubus L. (Rosaceae). The main results were as follows:1 The rpl20-rps12 sequence features ofchloroplast geneticof Chinese Rubus L. (Rosaceae). The length of rpl20-rps12 sequence of Chinese Rubus L. (Rosaceae) is 772 bp. Measured by the gene sequences (except outside groups) of the average content of C,T, A, G, respectively 19.5%,36.1%,29.5%,36.1%, and the average of A+T, C+G content is 66.0%,34.0%. Respectively, A+T content is significantly higher than C+G content, show that sequence rpl20-rps12 base composition has obvious bias, A+T content in conformity with the characteristic with low content of chloroplast GC. The total number of the rpl20-rps12 sequence is 772bp. The variation sites of rpl20-rps12 sequence is 90, and accounting for 11.90%; The effective information site that information parsimony sorts of sites is 63, and accounting for 8.33%. In contract, the variation sites of Sect. Idaeobatus Focke contionned more sites of information. That provided abundant data information in the relationship in the sections.2Chinese Rubus L. (Rosaceae) Classification relationship and Phylogenetic relationship. For analysing the Classification relationship and Phylogenetic relationshipof Chinese Rubus L. (Rosaceae), we used the maximum likelihoodbuild maximum likelihood tree and bayesian inference method build bayesian treebased on rpl20-rps12 sequences. Made according to the results:The system tree shows that the systemof Chinese Rubus L. (Rosaceae) section for single origin by BI and ML analysis. Sect. Idaeobatus Focke clustering to Sect. Malachobatus Focke, Sect. Dalibardastrum Focke together to Sect. Malachobatus Focke, and Sect. Idaeobatus Focke clustering branches, more performance for system evolution, butSect. Malachobatus Focke clustering is single, we can speculated that Sect. Malachobatus Focke could evolved by Sect. Idaeobatus Focke, and Sect. Dalibardastrum Focke can also be evolved by Sect. Malachobatus Focke evolved. The relationship of R. ellipticus and R. ellipticus var. obcordatusare closer thanR. pinfaensis.R. parvifolius and R. coreanusare closer thanR. niveus. The cultivated Chilcotin are nearingR. pungens,R. pungens var. linearisepalus, R. pungens var. oldhamii and R. pungens var. villosus-R. amabilis and R. tsangiiare clustering to different branches of Sect.Idaeobatus Focke. In addition, R. sachalinensis, R. stimulans, R. subtibetanus and R. phoenicolasius which collected from different areas, are not clustering together instead of gathering different small branches.
