Jiangsu province is one of apple's four major production areas in our country the communist-held region of the Yellow River(Henan,Jiangsu and Anhui).Xuzhou,the main apple growing areas in the north of jiangsu,is one of the largest appleproduction base,andhas already formed the industry system of fruit production,processing,storage and circulation.Apple residues rich nutrition,can be used for fermentation production of citric acid,apple slag extraction of pectin,extract,apple phenol,dietary fiber,alcohol production,the production of feed,etc.,which is used as feed production on a large scale.A large number of pomace not only can solve part of the feed source for duck industry and reduce production cost,but also can solve the problem of environmental pollution as well as increase the economic benefits of the apple processing enterprises.A large number of studies have shown that apple residues as forage is safe and effective in pigs,cattle,sheep,chickens and other animals.Feeding can improve the production performanceand the economic benefit.But no feeding results were reported to duck.This study proposed in cherry valley every diet,pomace produced using different processing ways,adding different proportion of pomace and different ways of pomace,to observe the effects of apple residues of every health growth,determination of every weight uniformity,the average daily gain,feed intake,material ratio and the influence of the economic benefits finally.The main results obtained from this study were as follows:1.The use of dry cider apples and apple slag feeding every test of different fermentation processes,fermentation apple residues advantageous every health growth,add fermented apple residues and membrane fermentation residues weight uniformity points higher than that of control group 0.9%,and 2.5%(P> 0.05);Favorable improve growth speed,42 days of live-weight add fermented apple residue and membrane fermentation residue group was 2.6% and 5.0% higher than that of control group(P< 0.05),respectively.About the feed conversion rate,the treatment group was increased 2.6%,7.6% and 8.9% than the control group(P< 0.05),respectively.eventually reduce costs,improve economic efficiency,the experimental group profit 1.46%,3.81% and 4.85%.It was higher than the control group(P< 0.05),respectively.The membrane fermented apple residue of flesh duck breeding effect is the best.2.The use of fermented apple slag to feeding flesh duck,promotes the healthy development,feather replacement earlier,faster,no abnormalpecked feather dropping phenomenon.To improve the survival rate and uniformity,without all the sudden death,and eliminated.4% was the most appropriate amount,which is contributed to improve weight uniformity,and is significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05),and the duck feeding and growth rate were significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05);feed conversion rate of each test group was higher than the comparison group,but the difference was not significant(P> 0.05).The economic benefits of the test groups were higher than those of control group 4.83%,10.15%,1.95%,and 4% of which were added to the best effect,was significantly higher than other groups(P< 0.05).3.The membrane fermentation of apple pomace by two different adding method of feeding the ducks,the whole 4% and early 2% late 6% section,both beneficial to the healthy development of weight uniformity,add the best segment,but with no significant difference between the other groups(P> 0.05);The effects of subsection addition on growth rate and feed utilization were related to the growth stage,add to duck growth effect section related to the growth stage,the early effect is the best,and the whole process is slightly lower than that of the whole late 4% add group,but the difference between groups was not significant(P> 0.05);The differences of economic benefits between two experimental groups were not significant(P> 0.05),but two of the test group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05).
