Three Kinds Of Pesticides Strawberry Reference Materials

It has a long history of the development of pesticides,in which agriculture plays a significant role,and it is one of the main measures to ensure the safety of agricultural production.With the emphasis on security issues and advances in technology,the pesticide problems in agricultural products are paying more and more attention in all countries.As a world agricultural country,Chinese pesticide residues which people also focus on have paied more and more attention today.In 2016,18 plenary session,three kinds of problems including developing modern agriculture,agricultural product safety and other issues have become the focus of national development in the coming years.As a measurement instrument on metrology and physical standards in standardization,the reference material have played an important role in calibration and testing laboratory,which provide a reasonable basis for the region or country in one field to monitor and experiment.In the area of food safety,pesticide standard issues have been concerned,the research on pesticide reference materials will develop rapidly in the future.The purpose of this paper was prepared the strawberry reference materials of imidacloprid,chlorpyrifos,indoxacarb,which the stability and homogeneity satisfied the standard substances,and established an effective method.The pesticides(imidacloprid,chlorpyrifos and indoxacarb)had been used extensively in China,but there is nothing record ed about the strawberry reference material of imidacloprid,chlorpyrifos and indoxacarb,this is conducive to the development of pesticide testing on agricultural product safety.Three kinds of pesticide(imidacloprid,chlorpyrifos and indoxacarb)were detected by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The experiment set-up allows direct evaluation of the data by one-way analysis of variance(ANOVA)to determine the homogeneity.The strawberry reference material of imidacloprid,chlorpyrifos and indoxacarb were prepared according to GB/T 15000.3,the results showed that the variance F is less than F0.05(3,8),which indicated the good homogeneity;the stability at 4℃ and 20℃ during 2 months displayed that fitting line slope b1 which contented |b1|<t(0.95,n-2)×s(b1).The result of the homogeneity and stability testing showed that the strawberry reference material is appropriate for its intended use,and it can transport in natural condition.
