Plant Disease Recognition System Of Shaanxi Apple Leaves Based On Image Analysis

As the planting area of apple grows,the fruit tree diseases has become more and more.To some extent,it may lead apple production to the lower rate,which would affect the fruit of economic benefits.In order to solve this problem,which using the present mature image processing technology and automatic identification technology,the experiment is to realize the identification of the various diseases of the apple leaf in the guanzhong region of shaanxi province.This paper introduces the automatic detection by using image processing technology to identify apple leaf diseases,the method of optimization of plant disease image preprocessing algorithm,and the image segmentation and pattern recognition algorithm to carry out the research.In order to avoid the influence of the black background in image processing,the method of image smoothing based on grey degree morphology was adopted.By comparing the different image segmentation algorithm,extracting feature after segmentation of disease spot or disease spot contour,find out a set of data which can most represent the disease spot features,then using the method of pattern recognition to identify apple leaf type and name of the disease spot.According to the types of the disease and the nature,the spot defoliation,rust and Mosaic disease are high incidence of plant diseases in the guanzhong region of shaanxi province.So as the research object,this paper analyze and extract the feature parameters,at the same time,the corresponding apple leaf disease recognition system has be design.The contents of this topic include the following:(1)Three kinds of diseases,such as leaf litter,rust and Mosaic were collected and the images were enhanced by MATLAB.(2)Starting segmentation after preprocessing,disease spot is separated from the leaf,and the relevant characteristic parameters of different plaques are taken.(3)The method of decision theory is used to identify three diseases effectively.(4)Design GUI for user based on MATLAB.In this paper,apple leaf disease recognition system is designed based on MATLAB.It can be directly applied to production practice,make the apple leaf disease recognition technology serving to farmers well.
